Shun : Sakuramochi (桜餅) is a Japanese traditional sweet consisting of a sweet, pink-coloured rice cake (mochi) filled with red bean paste and wrapped in a pickled cherry blossom (sakura) leaf. Traditionally, it’s eaten during springtime. Different regions of Japan have different styles.
