Keeping on the theme of flowers and eccentric colors, these flowers remain intricate and bold. The colors of the flowers contrast each other nicely because they are lined up next to each other almost in a rainbow sequence. Using similar variations of the colors in the Pantone palette as before. Such as close shades of primrose yellow, a slightly subtler pink yarrow, greenery,
and a lighter kale. But we introduce a new color, Lavender. The lavender adds a touch of calmness to the chaos of colors contrasting around it. And is definitely a spring staple. Lavender was Behr’s “it” color of 2013 and will make its comeback in 2017.

Flowers are a huge part of spring. Spring is the ending of the frigid, cloudy weather and a beginning of the comfortable, sunny temperatures. The flowers thrive with the sun and the occasional rain. This picture is a perfect example of this, with the fields of flowers in the back ground going on for miles and miles as far as the eye can see. This photograph is just a breath of fresh air. Imagining
yourself sitting there and smelling all these flowers is a dream. The cute little vintage truck holding the cheerfully colored flowers, with an assorted selection of hues. Again, several of pantone’s shades pop up. Some of the more softer tones such as Hazelnut, or greenery coming from the fields in the back, or pink yarrow in some of the petals of the flowers. But we also new colors such as gold which is a universal classic, and a light pastel blue.
