When fall is thought of something that comes to people’s minds often is the color orange. As Pantone would put it, it is a “quintessential autumn color”. The shade “Autumn Maple” is a good representation of an orange that is commonly seen during this season. It is not just a basic orange, it is “tawny and russet”. This time of the year can bring colder weather, but this shade can bring warmth into your life. Leaves on the trees change to this autumn maple color every year in the fall and it keeps a warm atmosphere. Another popular thing of this season are pumpkins. Pumpkins can be carved into different shapes and faces during Halloween and their vibrant rusty orange color makes them stand out against their backgrounds. Thanksgiving is also a holiday that pumpkins are well liked. It helps give people a positive attitude in a cold atmosphere. It is a color that will go with any season. According to the PANTONE color report butterum is a beautiful upcoming fall color. This color is unique because depending on how you look at it, it can come off more pink or more brown. This shade can be called butterum or “butter with rum”. The color was inspired by the color of Donald trump’s hair. It is a comforting and calming shade that makes you want to snuggle up by the fire with a big mug filled with hot chocolate. Butterum will and brightness and warmth to a room. This color is typically found in granite, cloth, and paint. I my opinion this color will never go out of style. When this colored comes to mind I think of elegant and light, it makes me think of a ballerina because they are elegant and light on their feet. This color will make a room look larger and brighter and really open up the space.

Tawny port is defined as a port wine made from a blend of several vintages matured in wood. The color matches the of the wine because this deep purple has a hint of red. Purple is a cool color and fall is a cold season so when thinking of the cooler temperature this color is often popular to wear and decorate with. In clothing this color can pop with others and give off a vibrant feeling. Loyalty is a common value associated with purple.
