The Gathering Rise of a New Tribe The Gathering, an event held in Northern Virginia, is an example of Spirit rising up a new tribe. Not all those attending The Gathering are the new tribe, but gathering, is where the phenomena happens.

On the cover of this week’s OM Times Magazine is René Locklear White, a member of the Lumbee Indian Tribe of North Carolina. She is president of Sanctuary on the Trail, a 501(c)3 nonprofit and executive director for Native American Indian heritage events including, “The Gathering 2017,” scheduled for Oct. 21-22 in Northern Virginia at the Clarke County Fairgrounds in Berryville. Here, a new language is being spoken. “My wife René volunteered to head-up our gatherings here in Virginia along with a strong elder’s council and a vision-driven team of 50-plus volunteers.” explains Chris (Comeswithclouds) White René’s husband and senior elder/ medicine man of Sanctuary on the Trail. A lot is showing up through these gatherings. People are giving of themselves. Deep personal questions are getting answers. Thoughts, attitudes and beliefs are transforming. Permanent friend-connections are being formed. Prayers are being answered. Hearts are healing. People are discovering
things they didn’t know they didn’t know.
BEING PART OF THE NEW TRIBE Gatherings in Virginia are events in action led by Spirit. The Gathering is an educational, celebration of agri-Culture. For those able to attend, you will also see Indigenous people and neighbors celebrating with: Indian harvest dancing/singing; military veteran/uniformed services tribute; trading post vendors/living history exhibitors; and multicultural thanksgiving. If you volunteer and give us yourself, you experience The Gathering at a heightened level. But to those really attending, and really “present” to The Gathering in Virginia, will see it is “a seed” growing from a rising consciousness among its volunteers and participants. For many, the Gathering is a spiritual opportunity of connecting with and remembering our spiritual identity. This new tribe is not limited to Virginia or this single gathering. Omtimes.com
“The new tribe is a choice between an individual and Spirit. To be a member of this new tribe, it is up to the Spirit and the person, not us,” added Chris. “When Spirit gets you, you know it. And it is yours. It is a gift from Creator. And no-one can take it away from you.” Spirit, is using inter-dependent groups like this one to create a new tribe where you do not need a card to belong or bureaucracy to approve your identity. This is a tribe of the Spirit! By this example in community, groups around the world can gather to promote an environment that fosters a personal spiritual connection with a higher power and respect of one’s personal heritage, respect for families and community as a whole. Many reading this article have words written on your hearts and minds to unearth the Creator’s Spirit in all our hearts and heritage for all our relations. The time to make a difference is now, for different tribes and communities, across denominations. The world benefits from our interconnectedness. Omtimes.com
“Our spiritual connections have strong roots, making up a network of what you can only see spiritually,” added René. “Our elder’s council and board of directors, are vision-driven people, who stand on a belief in the power of ‘love’ working in unity, in an incubator for growing strong relations. When we come together, what we can create together is unlimited when Spirit is our center of gravity.” 2007 PROPHETIC DREAM FORESHADOWED THE GATHERING 2015 When asked, where did the vision for The Gathering come from René said, “In 2007 my husband Chris experienced an accident that left him with a broken back and neck. During this time, he received a prophetic dream of one tribe of people coming together that pleased Great Spirit and reached backward and forward in generations,” René explains, her husband’s vision which she feels compelled to plan and execute. “The first of these people would be Native Americans in Spirit, but include people from every race, religion and background.” René said that the premise is
that these people would come to an understanding of the Native-way of life: respecting Mother Earth and the revelation of Yesuah, Jesus Christ, Great Mystery, Father, Creator God. As a result of her husband’s vision, the couple was gifted a Native American Church and blessed in different traditional medicines and teachings. The couple is also blessed to live in a paleo-Indian space on the Appalachian Trail in Northern Virginia along the Blue Ridge Mountain, both of which were brought forth by Spirt after they acted on the dream. https:// www.facebook.com/themighty/ videos/1006119419519959/ They trademarked this space, “Sanctuary on the Trail,” where they lead faith-based out-reach events like “The Gathering.” “The medicine that my husband and I carry is not of our own, but of Great Spirit,” René said. “For us, the Sanctuary on the Trail is a kind of peace place, and a sacred place to create.”
in Virginia, she credits Spirit and a strong all-volunteer force of leaders as the real strength. Sanctuary on the Trail is an allvolunteer force. Volunteers like elders Sue Peoples, Tracey Pitcock, Glenda Skelley and Chris Anderson work steadfastly creating communications, cooperation and understanding – which they believe is key to education, acceptance and bringing about this transformation in community. Sue Peoples, a member of The Gathering’s elder council and Sanctuary on the Trail secretary calls René “a weaver.” “René is a team player for a particular goal with the ability to delegate and bring people together using common words for a common goal, weaving people like different colors of yarn into a unique pattern to create something new and useful.’” Each volunteer is critical to this collective rise in consciousness.
NEW TRIBE NEEDS LEADERS WHO ARE PEACEMAKERS
To create peaceful gatherings around the world, we need leaders to step up.
While René leads the gatherings
René draws on her experience Omtimes.com
as a retired Air Force Lieutenant Colonel and disabled veteran of 22 years. She is also the culinary and horticulture specialists at Boulder Crest Retreat, seven minutes from Sanctuary on the Trail, where she plants the seed, to grow the food, to feed combat healing veterans and their families. René said she sees herself as a peacemaker and not a warmaker and The Gatherings are about bringing peace and new possibilities into community. The Holy Bible says, “Blessed are the peace-makers, for they shall be called Los Ninos de la Indios” [more-literally “children of God”] this comes from Jesus Chris, considered The Great Peacemaker. “The peace we speak of begins first in one’s own heart,” said René. “When we gather, our Spirits begin to connect in new ways.” We are each standing in the middle of the universe, each writing the pages of our own stories. The very telling of a person’s story is a kind of ritual that can restore and transmit the power of each of our visions, making Omtimes.com
gatherings a catalyst for vision like-minded-spirited-peoples. “We believe, today is the day we create a new future for human-hood,” said René. “Thousands of people are enrolling into a possibility of “new community” here. But, this ‘new community’ is not a physical place. It is not about an event, it is about being together with a common purpose. Instead of calling it ‘community,’ we believe it is “common-unity.” It is evident, people are giving of themselves, their time and resources to bring “The Gathering” in Virginia. Together, through sharing their culture and opening their hearts, many in this group believe we heal ourselves and help others find their way, starting with one gathering at a time. “We are in this life together as humans and we are seeking our path forward, but we are not alone,” René said. “Our path is not straight, there are no straight lines in nature, our direction is clear. And there is a lot of space between one step. By
gathering we are not alone in our walk and the steps become clearer and easier. As we practice the teachings of faith which is ‘now, faith is the substance of things hoped for and evidence of things not seen.’”
Black Elk said, “We believe there are many hoops, that can make one circle, and one mighty flowering tree can shelter many people, and we believe that place is holy.” He went on to say, “The red road is big enough for us all to walk.”
Volunteers with Sanctuary on the Trial hope that through coming together at “The Gathering” to showcase the native way of life, they are moving forward as a new people – a new tribe.
Our ancestors prayed for us then, for what we should know and do now.
OUR ANCESTORS BELIEVED IN GATHERING INTO ONE HOOP Reflecting on our ancestors, René added that we are dancing the dreams and living out the prayers of our ancestors. As with many prophesies, Black Elk a medicine man, of the Lakota Sioux and elder of the Catholic Church believed he had an obligation to help bring people back into the sacred hoop; that they might again walk the red road in a sacred manner, pleasing to the powers of the universe that are one power.
“The old ones possessed the seed of inheritance into the nature that pleases Great Spirit,” added Chris. “The seed grows a new in the hearts of the children of favor. This is a gift of God, to those whose Spirit is open to receive it. God is calling His children unto Himself. One Tribe. One People.” What if Spirit is using the Indigenous as the saving grace for humanity? THESE GATHERINGS ARE SPIRIT-LED PHENOMENON This Sanctuary on the Trail team distinguishes The Gathering in Northern Virginia as an example of a spirit-led phenomenon that anyone can create and participate Omtimes.com
in, anywhere in the world. If anyone allows themselves to heed the call of The Spirit they can bring their community together, starting with local heritage events. Spiritually, Chris and René, along with a strong group of elders, were led by Spirit to bring people together for the
“I am a firm believer that most historians are wrong when they credit Christopher Columbus for coining the word “Indian” because he thought he was landing his ships in India. In 1492 there was no country known as India. Instead that country was called Hindustan. I think that is closer to the truth that the Spanish padre that sailed with Columbus was so impressed with the innocence of the Natives he observed that he called them Los Ninos in Dios. My spelling may be wrong on the Spanish words, but the description by the padre means something like “Children of God.” By Tim Giago The Name “Indian” and Political Correctness LINK: http://www.huffingtonpost.com/ tim-giago/the-name-indian-andpolit_1_b_67593.html

first gathering in 2015. The initial event relied on Spirit within community to bring people together. More than 5,000 people participated. The Gathering 2017 is expected to double in participation. “In following the Spirit, we believe that Spirit is bringing something new to those whose hearts are open to receive it,” said Chris who is also CEO of Sanctuary on the Trail. “We have an expectation that a spiritual phenomenon is going to happen and it does. That is the way we live our lives.” The Gathering is a safe place that can foster a personal spiritual connection with a higher power and respect for one’s personal heritage. “Within humanity, there is a God-sized plan at work by our communities gathering together in the spirit of love,” said René. “We walk in faith every day to see what opens up. We don’t have it all figured out. It is one step at a time. What is happening for us, is happening for those people gathering with us and it is measurable, real and true.”
CREATORS CREATE COMMON-UNITY
see if you see it too.
The Sanctuary on the Trail group of volunteers came together with the idea that they are “creators;” that we all can create our own future. As The Gathering, “commonunity” of volunteers, they are creating space to gather people together into one sacred hoop. They are creating extraordinary possibilities, which will impact the next seven generations.
(email: Info4TheGathering@ gmail.com)
“The work we are doing now collectively may not be realized in our life time,” Chris said. “It’s a goal we’re working towards, which will benefit people beyond any of our expectations or imaginations.” Events like “The Gathering” prove our interconnectedness. We are all different colors and textures and our relations are the tapestry. Chris and René believe bringing people back into the sacred hoop is not impossible, it is inevitable. It is a new tribe rising. Attend The Gathering in Virginia and
René’s Lumbee people, are a living example of a people from different backgrounds who can come together and form one tribe. The Lumbee come from Siouan tribes, most prominent were the Cheraw and Keyauwee. State officials recognized them as Indian in 1885. During the Indian Reorganization Act of 1934, Indian agents attempted to resettle the Lumbee, but her people had grown in solidarity, even though remnants of their ancestral languages faded. René’s people assimilated into the white culture with Christian churches huddled around little Indian schools. Education became their vehicle. Then, in 1956 (only 61 years ago), Congress passed the Lumbee Act and all the people from various ancestral tribes received the name “Lumbee.’” “We became a new tribe a conglomerate of Indigenous branches grafted into one tree, connected by Spirit,” said René Locklear White. Today, the Lumbee are the largest tribe east of the Mississippi.

Health & Wellness Innovative new approaches to Healing as well as holistic methods for dealing with health issues and personal growth
Improving Eye Health with Yoga Asanas By Andrew Pacholyk MS L.Ac
Many age-related vision problems stem from a gradual loss of flexibility and tone in the eye muscles, which get locked into habitual patterns and lose their ability to focus

at different distances. If you are fortunate to have excellent vision and want to preserve it or you hope to improve your eyesight, evidence suggests that yoga may have a solution.
ultimate purpose of eye asanas, vision improvement is also an important benefit. Surprisingly, it’s not the muscle stretching and contracting that seems to have the greatest effect.
The late celebrated ophthalmologist William H. Bates claimed he could improve visual perception with palming, eyeball rotations, and vision shifting. It is stated that “The fastest way to bring the mind into concentration is through the eyes.”
Relaxation appears to be the single most important element of eye health. In an experiment applying the muscle relaxant curare to the eyes, patients experienced dramatic eyesight improvement.
The correlation between the eyes and the mind has a profound physiological basis. Vision occupies about 40 percent of the brain’s capacity; that’s why we close our eyes to relax and fall asleep. Four of our 12 cranial nerves are dedicated exclusively to vision, while two other nerves are vision-related. Contrast this with the cardiac and digestive functions, which require just one cranial nerve to control both. While insight may be the
When teaching a yoga class, we instruct the students to begin with a few minutes of relaxation in Savasana (Corpse Pose). Then ask students to sit in a comfortable posture, such as Sukhasana (Easy Pose), as we guide them through basic eye asanas The first exercise begins with the eyelids open, the head and neck still, and the entire body relaxed. Picture a clock face in front of you, and raise your eyeballs up to 12 o’clock.
Omtimes.com
Hold them there for a second, then lower the eyeballs to six o’clock. Hold them there again. Continue moving the eyeballs up and down 10 times, without blinking if possible. Your gaze should be steady and relaxed. Once you finish these 10 movements, rub your palms together to generate heat and gently cup them over your eyes, without pressing. Allow the eyes to relax in complete darkness. Concentrate on your breathing, feel the warm prana emanating from your palms, and enjoy the momentary stillness. Follow this exercise with horizontal eye movements from nine o’clock to three o’clock ending again by “palming” (cupping your hands over your eyes). Then do diagonal movements two o’clock to seven o’clock, and 11 o’clock to four o’clock again followed by palming. Conclude the routine with 10 full circles in each direction, as though you are tracing the clock’s rim.
Omtimes.com
These eye movements provide balance for people who do work up close, like students who spend a lot of their time reading or working at computers. According to Robert Abel, author of The Eye Care Revolution (Kensington Books, 1999), these brief exercises “compensate for over development of the muscles we use to look at near objects.”You might be surprised to learn that the palming part of this exercise provides more than a pleasant respite. According to Abel, our photoreceptors break down and are reconstructed every minute. “The eye desperately needs darkness to recover from the constant stress of light,” he says. “And the simplest way to break eye stress is to take a deep breath, cover your eyes, and relax.” Along with palming, yoga in general benefits the eyes by relieving tension. While the effect of yoga on the eyes has not been scientifically
measured, studies have shown that a simple exercise like walking can lower pressure in the eyeball by 20 percent. Once students have mastered the basic eyeball exercise, shifting focus is the next exercise. While sitting relaxed and still, pick a point in the distance and focus on it. Extend your arm and put your thumb right underneath the point of concentration. Now begin shifting your focus between the tip of your thumb and the far away point, alternating rhythmically between near and distance vision. Repeat the exercise 10 times, then relax your eyes with palming and deep breathing. As you practice this exercise, you are training an organ called the ciliary body, which adjusts the lens of the eye. Habitual focus patterns degrade the ciliary body’s natural flexibility. Shifting focal points counteracts this stiffness by exercising the organ through
its full range, much as we work complementary muscle groups in asana practice. The final eye asana stresses close-range focus. As in the shifting focus exercise, gaze at your thumb with your arm extended. This time move the thumb slowly toward the tip of your nose. Pause there for one second. Then reverse the sequence, following the thumb with your eyes as you extend your arm again. As before, repeat the sequence 10 times, then relax with palming. By training the eyes to focus on the Ajna chakra (the “Third Eye Chakra,” located between and just above the eyebrows) a yogi trains his mind to turn inward. On a more prosaic level, close-range focus exercises can forestall the need for reading glasses. Perhaps you’ve seen a picture of a yogi staring at a candle flame. If so, you’ve seen Trataka, an eye-cleansing exercise described in the
Omtimes.com
Upanishads and mentioned in other yogic texts, including the Hatha Yoga Pradipika. Trataka can also be found in the texts of Ayurveda (traditional Indian medicine), where it is recommended to stimulate the alochaka pitta, the energy center related to sight. But as always with yoga, there’s a connection between physiology and the more subtle aspects of spiritual practice. According to Dr. Marc Halpern, founder, and director of the California College of Ayurveda, the practice of trataka decreases mental lethargy and increases buddhi (intellect). Although traditionally performed with a candle, Trataka can use almost any external point of focus, like a dot on the wall. Concentrate your gaze on one object, without blinking, until your eyes begin to tear. Then close your eyes and try to maintain a vivid image of that object for as long as possible.
Omtimes.com
Each time you practice Trataka, extend the time you maintain the after-image. This exercise, traditionally believed to remove any disease from the eyes and to induce clairvoyance, also develops the skill of internal visualization. Yogis develop this skill to keep their minds fixed in meditation on a sacred image and, by extension, on the divine experience associated with that image. The intricate spiritual mandalas seen in Indian and Tibetan holy books are also designed for this purpose. Highly skilled meditators can visualize even the most minute details of these elaborate cosmic representations. By perfectly aligning inner and outer focus, these yogis seek a realization like that of Meister Eckhart, a thirteenthcentury Christian mystic who once declared, “The eye with which I see God is the same eye with which God sees me.

How Healing Frequencies Can Change Your Life By Ellen McDonough
Is it possible to improve, health, wealth, sleep, youthfulness and achieve spiritual awakening through energeticallyencoded audios? I believe it is.
omtimes.com
October A 2017 Edition
In the mid-2000’s I suffered from terrible burn out combined with extreme fatigue and a series of bizarre symptoms that no one could explain, let alone heal. While dietary changes and supplements helped the symptoms, they were not a cure. I saw countless health practitioners, both allopathic and holistic, but despite their best intentions, nothing changed. I felt miserable, depressed and hopeless. Fortunately, synchronicity led me to discover audio tracks infused with powerful highfrequency energies and with specific, pure intentions. I was familiar with energy work like Reiki, but was skeptical that just listening to audio tracks could be effective; even so I decided to give them a try. To begin with some of the audios triggered a detox; however, after a few days I gradually began to feel better, as if some old energy that had been weighing me down had lifted. After that, I decided to try other energetically-encoded audios that did everything from clearing chakras to shifting consciousness. Eventually, by listening to energetically-encoded audios from a number of different healers, one by one my symptoms vanished and my energy returned. While this wasn’t the only factor in my recovery, these audios, produced by healers around the world, played a key role. omtimes.com
October A 2017 Edition
What are EnergeticallyEncoded Audios? Basically, an energeticallyencoded audio is one that's been infused by a healer with powerful intentions and spiritual frequencies to create a specific positive change in your life. Some energetically-encoded audios include music, some include Light Language, others include talking, and some are completely silent. Some have binaural or other types of beats which are known to affect your mental state and brain waves. Once you have the audios, you can listen actively, or in many cases, simply loop the audio in the background during the day or even while you are sleeping. The audios can last from a minute to an hour or longer. Some examples of how energetically-encoded audios can help transform your life include: -clearing your energy field -expanding your consciousness -clearing and aligning your chakras -improving sleep -increasing abundance omtimes.com
-rejuvenating and recontouring your body Since everything is composed of energy and vibrational patterns, by introducing high, spiritual energies carrying a specific intention, the current condition must shift to a more harmonious state. Virtually anything is possible with high spiritual frequencies!
Where Can You Get Energetically Encoded Audios? As I began to connect with more people in the mind/body/spirit world, I found that not many knew about these unique audio experiences, but most were curious and wanted to give them a try. It turns out that most of these audios are not available via iTunes. Currently, these are the choices for getting these energetically encoded audios: • Tele-summits. Many of the healers who produce these types of audios are guests on tele-summits.
October A 2017 Edition
They are interviewed by the host where they describe their work and offer special packages for a limited time, typically when they have new audios. • Individual Healer Websites. Many of the healers have their own websites where you can buy and download individual audios or audio packages. You can download them to your computer or transfer them to your mobile phone. • Mobile App. We recently created the PureLight Audio mobile app, which is a central marketplace for these audios as well as the instructions for how to use them. Many of the healers who offer energetically encoded audios have included their products and packages in the app, and many more will be added over time. Price points for audios vary, but many healers have free tracks so that you can experience an energetically encoded audio for the first time.

It is my hope that these littleknown gems help others create positive changes in their own lives, just as I have in mine.

Has Someone Touched Your Life? By John Holland
I feel this story, which touched my life may touch yours as well. It was when I had stopped to grab some lunch at the local store on my way home. I was standing in line
Omtimes.com
waiting to pay, and as usual in a world of my own. An elderly man in front of me was also trying to pay for his lunch. I could tell that he didn’t have much money, as he was counting all his change to pay for his lunch! As I glanced over his shoulder, I could see he didn’t have enough, and it was clear that he was down on his luck. I realized that he was going to leave his sandwich there and walk out accepting that he couldn’t afford it. He was just two dollars short. As he turned around to leave, I reached out and said: “Please Sir, let me pay for the rest of your bill.” He looked up at me with the kindest eyes and said: “Thank you so much, you don’t know how much I needed that today!” I just simply smiled and said: “It’s ok, go have a good lunch and take care of yourself.” He smiled and walked out with his lunch, and you could see he was so
much better than when he first walked in. Sometimes, even the smallest gesture can make someone’s day – or who knows … Maybe it can change their life! When you reach out and help someone (whether they’re in need or not) fills one’s soul with joy. So, as I write this edition of Soul Inspirations, I encourage you just for today, tomorrow, or for the week to make your main purpose all about serving and giving back, without expecting anything in return. Reach out and touch other people’s spirits. It’s quite likely that someone out there really needs it today. The kindness you give will reinforce that person’s belief and faith that there are people who really care. One act of kindness can create a ripple effect that reaches farther than you could ever imagine! Maybe you’ll make this daily act of giving part of your life forever. Share and spread the energy!
Omtimes.com
JOHN’S LESSON By reaching out and giving back, you’re acknowledging and honoring the Divine Source, and by doing so, you’re keeping the energy of the “giving and receiving circle” open and flowing. When you focus on having an attitude of gratitude, you’re really sharing so that everyone benefits. Here are just a few ways you can express gratitude. • Saying prayers of thanks • Giving love unconditionally • Giving blessings for what you do have • Acknowledging a good deed from your neighbor • Donating your time to your chosen charity • Giving food or spare money to a homeless person
Omtimes.com
• Saying a kind word to a stranger • Sending a card to someone who could use encouragement • Even a smile is a gift to others All I’m asking is to be conscious of helping another. You may be saying: “But, I’m just one person, what can I do?” You can’t change the world, but you can start by changing yourself. Whatever is going on in the inside will be reflected on the outside. Everything in the world is based on the innerconsciousness of man. Always remember, that one person (that means you) can make all the difference. You’re a soul, so believe and know that you do have power and you do matter in this collective Universe. Live a Soul-filled life!

Maternal Energy Manifesting By Chris (Comeswithclouds) White of Cherokee Spirit Speaks Forum - Senior Elder/Medicine Man Native American Church of Virginia
Maternal Energy and Paternal Energy are One Energy Working Together When man challenges the sovereignty of nature, there is an effect on the spiritual dimension. How does the Spirit respond?
Omtimes.com
Universal Law. Truth: there is truth in water. Water has memory. It carries a record. Water receives information and carries it. Water is the most receptive of the four elements.
Researchers at the Aerospace Institute in Stuttgrad, Netherlands, and Japanese scientist and photographer Masaru Emoto, have proven that water has memory and takes on information in which it comes in contact with; and has proved human consciousness has an effect on the molecular structure of water respectfully. Truth in consciousness. Truth in body. (The science of Kinesiology, says that the human body senses untruth or knows when it is lied to.) There exists truth in the natural world. Truth in the Spirit world. Truth in all Creation, except man. These natural things speak truth and scientifically are proven to carry information. There is one order of Creation. Not Father God versus Feminine Goddess. The Source, the power is One. God the Father and Feminine Goddess are One. Neither male nor female, yet totally, perfectly male and female is the One Energy, but that’s another teaching. Throughout history man recognized these energies are separate, yet One i.e., yin and yang in one circle. God is totally male and female
energy. That is why God can create. God is One. God is Creator.
Mystery of Marriage Marriage is an institution in which through love, we can have a better understanding of the opposite sex. The context here is not about sex, it is about energy. Sex whether male or female is a filter we perceive through. Let us have a conversation about paternal and maternal energy. Mankind was made in the image of Creator. Human beings are the highest form of creation. We are physical and spiritual beings. No other creature is both. We were made male and female, but still embody traits and genes from both male and female physically and spiritually. When male and female marry, they become one. Over time, the female energy better understands more of the male energy and vice a versa, better understanding of each other, helps us better understand God. Thus the two are one (energy). We can also further understand what God created and intended for man (mankind). Our creative Omtimes.com
forces working together at some point start creating something together. We can do amazing things combining the energies through God. God is revealing how to create. God is revealing unity. Create something good.
Nature of Paternal Energy When the Paternal Energy fails, the Maternal Energy takes over. Not in an OCD way or malicious way, it is more at its rising (rises by design). Maternal Energy sustains, heals, comforts, etc. It is a safety net. When the Maternal Energy breaks forth/arises it is a wakeup call, things are really bad. To put it another way, when all of Creation, the Universe’s order is challenged by the actions and intensions of man, there will be a response. Whether natural disaster, earth quake, flood, volcano, tsunami, meteorite, global access shift, orbital shift, even shifts in the consciousness of man, electromagnetic shifts, anomalies in animals and plants, and so on. It has happened before and it is happening now! It is ordained. Omtimes.com
For Example When the Europeans came to the new world, their civilization was precariously hanging by a thread. After a thousand years of war, the density of the dominant Paternal Energy Manifesting resulted in over population, famine, hunger, disease, and plagues and still their thirsts for knowledge and wealth drove those empires not the welfare of the people. The Paternal Energy is not bad. It is the primary energy force that moves Creation forward. It is essential. What I am trying to articulate here, is that Paternal Energy was created with intention to move Creation forward. Maternal Energy was created to temper and sustain. Sometimes rejuvenate Paternal Energy. Paternal Energy is like adrenalin in the body. Mankind has knowledge of the capability of this energy and has been exploiting the intended nature without the understanding of the consequence of manipulating the perfect design working and interactions of the paternal energy; which is not an energy of itself. Paternal Energy is intrinsically
intertwined with the Maternal Energy. Together they are One Energy Source. To put it another way, with mankind’s knowledge of what can be created by mankind manipulating the organic nature of this energy (which only man has the ability to do, because of the status of “made in the image of Creator.” Not angel or Spirit, animal or plant, only man can create.) Mankind has become like a methamphetamine user, and Paternal Energy is the adrenalin or meth and the drug. Over centuries, this addiction has been growing. But our individual lives only last 80 years or so. The consequence is out of collective view. The industrial revolution was born out of this abuse of paternal energy. The products were and are being produced have made our lives more comfortable, convenient and empowering. This is called progress. It is also, in the big picture a giant step away from
Creator’s design. It is not our energy to manipulate; even though we have the knowledge to do so. We lack the understanding of what we as a whole have been creating. The paternal energy when manipulated by mankind needs resources; many doing the will of one. Many have to labor, sacrifice, suffer and die for the will of one; which we all buy into as progress and good for the whole. But is it really? Now we’ve created fictitious entities, which can continue for generations and the natural man has no recourse against these giant beasts. We call them corporations. They are soulless ravenous beasts. Like an addict, we will do anything to protect our secret, our illusion, our lie.
What is the Lie or Illusion? What is it? It is a point of view that arrives in man, in all of us, it is undeniable, it is like a sickness that we can see on someone else, but we cannot see on ourselves. We want to be God, but we lie to ourselves and say no we do not want to be God. Someone Omtimes.com
else may be not me. We want to take it. Not receive it as a gift. The illusion is we already are God; at least that is what God said. We just do not believe it. That is the gift that was given to us. We just have not grown into it. We will not allow for growth. We are going opposite of growth. We can only make decisions on the information that we have. Is there anything in the universe that we don’t know that we do not know? If there is we should trust Creator instead of trusting our own way, because we do not have all the data to make a wise or understanding choice.
The One Perfect Energy (source) has instruments of maintaining and supporting creation, like the sun. The One Perfect Energy, the source of all power. All energy. All that we know of. All that we know, that we don’t know. And all that we do not know, that we do not know, comes from the One Perfect Energy source. The sun did not create itself. The sun’s power is not self-created. It is ordained or more simply, it is giving what it is created to give. Mother Earth is the same. It is not the source. Earth was created for a purpose. It was created as an instrument or component of Creation. Wow, what a major component! Logically yes. In perfect Truth, no.
Pick a point in history and do an overlay and ask yourself what is real and what is true.
One Perfect Energy, The Source Within this One Perfect Energy, there are boundaries, there is perfect order. Boundaries protect the order. They perfect creation!
Omtimes.com
All the components that make up creation are components that make it perfect. Our understanding of creation is that the parts are interconnected to the whole. If one component fails, the whole fails or eventually dies. Mother Earth is our home. She
sustains our physical existence. She gives. She renews. She filters. She recycles. The Earth, Sun and Moon never touch each other but work cyclically and systematically to sustain life. But not give life. Only Creator the One Perfect Energy is the source of all of the energies and boundaries; if it is wind or light, or sound energy. Whether or not water freezes at 32 degrees Fahrenheit, if it were 35 degrees Fahrenheit, Florida wouldn’t lose their citrus crop. Why cant’ science change that for our consumers? Nothing changes, unless Creator changes it. Not Earth. Not Sun. Not the policies of governments or religions or sciences of the current day. If it is perfect, there will be no change. But it is not perfect.
WE LACK UNDERSTANDING! Knowledge without understanding is ego. Knowledge without understanding is confusion. Knowledge without understanding lacks truth. Knowledge without
understanding is a construct of the Adversary of God and Creation. Knowledge without understanding is a lie. Knowledge without understanding is Death. Knowledge without understanding is the Adversary’s prison. Why does the world occur to so many to be unstainable and on track to one day ending, or stop working? Man was created in the image of Creator. I am grateful to those creators that came before me and made life more convenient. But I made no agreement with them or their legacies that I would be subject to, like Rothschild (banking), Rockefellers (government programs), Ford (automobiles), Gates (Windows), Jobs (iPhones) etc. I, as they, have the right by virtue of being born are authorized to create and to seek Creator. The industrial revolution is drawing us away from our intended purposes. Our intelligence is getting in Omtimes.com
the way of truth. Knowledge without understanding’s end is Death. It will not live, however fascinating it may be. If it is not in line with Creation, it is another brick in the wall of mankind’s creation in which the end is death. Mankind was created in the image of Creator, therefore you and I can create. Are you living in a universe that you’ve created or are we subject to someone else’s creation?
When Masculine Energy Fails When the Paternal Energy fails, look out, you better be on a maternal side or you will get pummeled. When Maternal Energy Manifests, especially when women mobilize, this is a gift from Creator to humanity. In my experience, it always brings healing, new growth and a sense of reprieve from the density that unchecked male energy can bring. Instead of balancing the male and female energy, let us take a fresh view, like our brain: one energy with two hemispheres.
Omtimes.com
Balance is the wrong word. Balance does not describe the workings of the universe. Because this word has been used without the proper context, the understanding is neutralized. The workings of the universe have to be natural, ebb and flow like the tide or the moon phases. What in nature is balanced or equal? There are 365 days in a year. Only two of these days are equal or demonstrate balance. I believe Creator has designed the female energy to step up before the male energy destroys us all as a result of mankind’s manipulation. It is a boundary. It perfects Creation. Nature is deliberate; like stubborn roots growing through the sidewalk. Maternal Energy is not weak or less than Paternal Energy. It is different. Water is powerful, that’s Maternal Energy. Fire is powerful. That’s Paternal Energy. They are different. If anything, Maternal Energy is more powerful because of the way Maternal Energy manifests. We do not know the extent or the interconnectedness Maternal
Energy has to everything. We do not know the extent of how Maternal Energy rises, or through what means it rises. These are unknown. But if we pay attention, we can see precursors. Creation is not a finished product. God completed the design, spoke things into existence, set boundaries and established order and ordinances in six sequential steps referred to as Days. The seventh Day God entered His Rest. Creation, the Seed, was planted and was corrupted; when mini-me “mankind” chose to make himself God over God, when he was already God, just immature without knowledge or understanding. The thought of being greater than Creator and acting on it, was a death choice. (Knowledge without understanding). For Example: If one uses a match to see how much gas is in the tank, it could be a death choice. (Knowledge without understanding.) So a correction was made. The
last thing Jesus said on the cross was, “It is finished.” What? What is finished? Creation the way God intended … the correction was made on the cross. Man’s own creation is reaching extraordinary breakthroughs. We as mankind have not reached our peak or glory yet. Regardless of all the progress we make … its end is death. Things are not getting better. All the resources are borrowed or stolen. It is God’s Creation not ours to exploit. Thank you Jesus for your sacrifice that we may Live.

Madame H.P. Blavatsky
The Light of the 19th Century
by Marguerite dar Boggia
Every hundred years or so the Guides and Masters of our spiritual Hierarchy decide whether humanity is ready for more of the Ageless Wisdom Teachings to aid them in their
Omtimes.com
spiritual development. They determine this from the soul light above their heads. In the 19th century, a great light was bequeathed to humanity to emblazon the dim horizon of the ineffable, manifested beauty and wisdom. Her name was Madame Helena Petrovna Blavatsky. She was a disciple of the Master El Morya. She was born of a highly aristocratic family on 8/12/1831 at 1:42 AM in Ekaterina, Ukraine1. Her Father was Captain Peter Von Hahn. Her seventeen-year-old Mother was Helena Andreyevna Von Hahn, an author of nine novels. She was the daughter of Princess Dologoruff who spoke five languages, was a brilliant natural scientist especially in botany and geology. She wrote books on archaeology, natural science, and numismatics.2 Helena was prematurely born during a cholera epidemic. Since she was so sickly and puny, they decided to baptize her before she was twenty-four hours old. Everyone was invited to the ceremony including all the serfs. Helena’s favorite aunt was just
three years of age. All held wax candles. Helena’s little aunt was standing behind the priest. In the ritual when the Evil One was being denounced, the threeyear-old child aunt became drowsy, the candle slanted towards the hem of the priest’s robe. Before anyone noticed it, he was enveloped in flames. He and others were scorched. It was a bad omen. The superstitious serfs were convinced that Helena’s life would be filled with vicissitudes; that she would have second sight, have power over the house goblins, be wise in the way of the witches and that she would be psychic.3 As she grew older, Helena became the pet of her Father’s soldiers. She learned to ride any Cossack horse bareback and to swear as they did. Most disturbing to the family were that Helena had a troupe of invisible playmates. Her favorite was a hunchback boy who got her into endless mischief. Wherever she went, there were raps and noises.4 When Helena’s young Mother died of tuberculosis, Helena was eleven, her sister Vera was seven, and her brother Omtimes.com
was two. They were taken to live with their grandparents. Her grandmother, Princess Dologoruff, was to be the dominant influence in her life.5 Helena was impatient of restraint. She had to have her own way at all costs. She mostly bowed to her grandmother’s will, but not always. The tyranny of orthodox governesses, who tried to prepare her for marriage, made her teen age life miserable. Her joy came from reading all the hundreds of occult books in her grandfather’s vast library before she was fifteen. 6 When one of her governesses said: “You will never find a man to marry you. No one would take such a spitfire as you for the wife, not even the plumeless raven, Mr. Blavatsky.” Helena retorted: “I could make Vikifor Vassilyevich Blavatsky propose anytime-the next time I see him, in fact.” Three days later Mr. Blavatsky called, had proposed to the seventeen-year-old Helena and had been accepted.7 Helena had no intention of having sex with him. At the appropriate time, she escaped. Her travels worldwide then began. In five years, she had circled the globe. Omtimes.com
At Constantinople, she wanted to earn money offered to the one who won the steeplechase-Eighteen fences to jump with a wild horse which had killed two grooms. She jumped sixteen, but at the seventeenth, her horse reared and fell backward and crushed her. Her master lifted her bloody body from under the horse. He was the same mysterious protector who had previously appeared at other times, especially when she was riding Cossack horses and nearly fell off.8 In London, she worked as a pianist with the Philharmonic orchestra of London. When she recognized the man, she called her Protector walking on a street with other Indian Prince. Her first impulse was to rush forward and speak to him, but he made a sign that held her back. The next day while she was sitting on a park bench in Hyde Park, this majestic Indian Prince sat beside her. He wanted her cooperation in a great work for mankind. He warned that the task would be far from easy. If she were willing to assist in this work, she would have to spend time in Tibet to prepare for her unique role. Of course,
she was willing to do anything he asked.9 On Christmas night in 1858, Helena returned home to visit her family celebrating the wedding of Vera’s sister-inlaw. Helena discoursed on the subject of how magicians can change the weight of objects. All wanted her to demonstrate it. She had one of the young men test the weight of a small chess table. She fixed her eyes on the table with an intense gaze. She then motioned the young man to try the weight again. This time he was unable to move the table from the floor. After some people had failed to lift the table, Helena said: “Try to lift the table now, once more.” Her brother expecting it to be heavy, almost lost his balance and dislocated his arm, for now, the table came up feather light. Her father thought it was not worthy of consideration by serious people.10 Soon after these experiences a profound wound opened in the region of Helena’s heart. She suffered intense agony, followed by a deathlike trance. The doctor examining the
wound, suddenly saw a dark, ghostly hand slowly moving at intervals from the patient’s neck to her waist. At the same time, the room was filled with noises and sounds. The doctor was frightened. In a few days, the wound healed. Helena never told anyone how she had come by this strange wound, which opened on occasions.11 In 1865 Helena lay close to death. Under the care of her loving Aunt, she recovered. She had been through a great battle with occult forces that had almost killed her, but she emerged from the crisis complete master of those forces. In a letter to a relative, she wrote:”I am cleansed and purified of that dreadful attraction to myself of stray spooks and the ethereal affinities. I am free, free, thanks to those whom I now bless at every hour of my life.” 11a Her training began in Tibet with the Masters in 1869. She stayed in the house of the Master Kuthumi Lal Singh, known as Master K.H. He insisted that she improve her English. She had a Yorkshire accent. He put his hand on her forehead and Omtimes.com
asked her to try to pick out of his head the little he knows of the English language. Every day for two months after that, the Master K.H. gave her these telepathic lessons in English.12 When Helena was 42 years old, she received a letter from Master Morya to embark for America. She purchased a first-class ticket for $125. When she learned that a poorly dressed woman with two small children had been swindled by a supposed ticket agent for emigrants, Helena returned her first-class ticket for a steerage ticket, so that the woman and her children could have passage.13 In late 1874 Helena received a message from El Morya to attend the spiritualistic materializations taking place at the Eddy farmhouse in the State of Vermont. The journalist reporting the events in the Daily Graphic was one: Colonel Henry S. Olcott. Helena’s presence in the séance room brought some of her deceased acquaintances and relatives to the cast of materialized forms that had been parading nightly, while Omtimes.com
the medium William Eddy sat entranced. Colonel Olcott was delighted that these characters spoke and played songs in Russian. He wanted to change the opinions of a materialistic public.14 Helena hoped to meet and find those in the spiritualistic movement who would assist her in the formation of the society for the divulging and distribution of the esoteric teachings. She was delighted that Colonel Olcott was chosen by the Masters to help her. He had all the traits necessary that she lacked. He was organized and was an attorney. They started the theosophical society in New York City. Many in the spiritualistic movement who had loved ones who had passed away, turned against Helena because she taught that it was not the soul that was manifested through the medium, but the shells of dead people. The soul only manifests during suicides or through sudden violent acts or accidents.15 Helena wrote “Isis Unveiled” with the help of the Masters
in two years. She introduced in Isis the concept of an eternal Essence, the Causeless Cause, of which the spirit of man is a part. The thousand copies of the first impression of “Isis Unveiled” sold out in nine days. The Masters let Helena know that she had to take the headquarters of the Society to India.16 In June 1878, English barristers and writers formed the “British Theosophical Society. On July 8, 1878, Helena went to City Hall in New York and became a naturalized citizen of the United States.17 Despite Olcott’s devotion, he had not yet even received a vision of his Master in his subtle body. Then one night he showed Helena a turban of amber striped fabric embroidered in yellow floss silk. Master El Morya had suddenly appeared in his room looking as real as if he were there in the flesh. The Master talked about the great work to be done for humanity. When Morya stood up to leave, he unwound the turban from his long raven locks and with a smile placed it on the table. That was to convince Olcott that the scene
was not a hypnotic illusion. Since the doors were locked, Olcott realized that the Master must have traveled in his subtle body, which he had solidified temporarily.18 In Bombay, they had many inquiries. They conceived the idea of starting a monthly magazine which they called “The Theosophist.” It appeared in October 1879. Among the many letters received was one from Emma Coulomb. She wrote that she and her husband and been reduced to financial straits. She wanted to find a situation for herself and her husband in Bombay. Helena recalled that this woman had been kind to her in Cairo and had loaned her money. So Helena wrote that if she came to Bombay, she would offer her help.19 In India at a picnic, Helena materialized an extra cup to match Mrs. Sinnett’s rare English set, as they were one teacup short. At the request of Major Henderson of the British Security, she materialized a diploma of membership already made out in his name with Omtimes.com
the signature of the president. When he demanded more tests of her powers, she lost her temper. Then he proceeded to give her some bad publicity.20 Alfred Percy Sinnett, Editor of “The Pioneer” wanted to be in touch directly with the Masters. Helena told him to write a letter. She would send it and see what happens. Her simplest method of communication was to hold the sealed envelope against her forehead, then she told the Master to be ready for communication.21 Several days later Mr. Sinnett unlocked a drawer of his writing desk and found a letter from Master Kuthumi Lal Singh. It was the beginning of Sinnett’s famous four-year correspondence with the great Brotherhood. Based on what he learned from the letters, he wrote his book, “Esoteric Buddhism.” In Ceylon, seven branches of the Theosophical Society were formed. Helena had Bright’s disease of the kidneys. Many times she was healed by her Master. Master Omtimes.com
Morya came to their Society in Adyar, India in his subtle form, almost every day in the early part of 1883. The dream of the housekeeper, Emma Coulomb, was to put away enough money to start a hotel. Helena blocked all attempts to extract money from the rich members of the Society. Emma asked Prince Harisinghji for a loan of 2,000 rupees. He asked Madame Blavatsky’s approval before lending money to her. Helena did not approve, as a loan meant a gift in this case. Emma was so infuriated that she was determined to wreck Helena’s anti-Christian Society.22 When Helena read an article in the London Times, it pierced her heart with a sharp blade of horror. It gave extracts of letters which Helena was supposed to have written to Emma Coulomb. The conclusion to be drawn from the article was that the Mahatmas were Helena’s own invention; that she had fooled everyone, including Colonel Olcott. Alexis Coulomb was an excellent counterfeiter. The Coulombs had taken the letters to one of Helena’s worst
enemies among the missionaries, the Editor of the Christian College Magazine. The Masters had hinted of a plot but had not ordered her back to India.23 The year 1886 was known as the “black Fridays.” The Society for Psychical Research published a scathing report branding her as an impostor. They interviewed Emma Coulomb and believed her. Bawaji, a probationary disciple, had declared that Helena had been more of a mother to him. While Bawaji, was in the German section of the Theosophical Society he was making much mischief. Adulation, vanity, personal ambition had gone to his head. Even T. Subba Row had agreed with A.O. Hume that the Theosophical Society should not defend Madame Blavatsky’s phenomena. He thought that she had cheapened the names of the Mahatmas. V.S. Solovyov, a Russian journalist, had seemed to be one of her greatest admirers. Helena said that he turned round against her like a mad dog. Actually, he wanted desperately to be brought closer to the Masters. He returned to Russia and set everyone in her family against her.24
Helena’s sister, Vera, was with Helena in Ostend, Germany. Vera wanted Helena to create gold and gems to enrich themselves. Helena rolled a cigarette and said “If I used the sacred powers to enrich us, I would ruin us both, not only in the present life but probably for long centuries to come. The Master will always see that I have enough money.” Vera was not convinced.25 In addition to the writing of The Secret Doctrine, Master El Morya wanted Helena to teach a small band of dedicated, faithful disciples in London.26 In 1887 in London Helena was working on the Secret Doctrine and the production of the magazine: “Lucifer.” Her 6000 word “Open Letter to the Archbishop of Canterbury” shocked a great many people.27 Some one dared to ask her: “Why is it that you, a natural clairvoyant, cannot even tell your friends from your foes... the Coulombs, for instance?” Helena responded: “Ah my friend, a person’s cloudy, forbidding aura may fill me with misgivings, but there Omtimes.com
is ALWAYS the divine spark I see within. Who am I to deny anyone the chance of profiting by the truths I can teach, and entering upon the Path? It does not matter that I personally, risk the consequences of deception, hatred, vengeance--while there is hope for the other’s redemption”. Embolden by this compassionate reply, another one said: “Madame, you preach control of temper, but you go into outbursts now and then.” “That,” she replied, “is my loss and your gain. If I did not have that temper, I should have become an Adept by this time, and no longer be here among you.”28 Much of the material for “The Secret Doctrine” came to her in what she calls the “astral light,” either by conscious concentration or by other means. Her works had been produced through similar occult methods. Who could name all the Great Ones who had contributed something to this “Secret Doctrine”.29

In October 1888, the first impression of The Secret Doctrine came off the press. A review copy was sent to Mr. W.T. Stead, the London Editor. He turned over the pages of the two thick volumes to a woman he admired: Annie Besant.30 Annie was so impressed with the books that she begged to be a disciple of Madame Blavatsky. Empaths and Emotional Weight Gain by Courtney Marchesani
Abstract: Empaths feel their way through their surroundings with an unparalleled intensity. In equal fashion, they feel deep unfathomable love, but at
Omtimes.com
what cost? When empaths carry the emotional burdens of others love handles develop. This article teaches the origins of empathy and how to lose those dreaded handles made of love. Empaths are the greatest advisors, priestly ones, and sages of our time. We are lucky to call them friends as they detect lies without effort. Their delicate senses are so highly attuned they put the galvanic skin response to shame. It is an empath’s gift, extraordinary sensory abilities, which make them insightful counselors, wise teachers, and intuitive lovers. Empaths feel their surroundings mega-intensely and this door swings both ways - they love equally with an incomprehensible depth. Their love is an emotional force that brings their whole heart, mind, body, and spirit to bear. This kind of love often overwhelms others. When their love goes unrequited or un-metabolized, an empath’s love handles are born. These
are a symptom of the mindbody-spirit’s heavy burden of carrying emotional weight. Living as an empath is not an easy thing to do. The empath’s jittery nervous system makes it difficult to manage their complex sensory experience. They feel everything. This will be experienced in a multitude of ways, from the disgust of an ill-tempered boss or coworker to the disappointment of their partner when they’ve had a miserable day. Not only does an empath feel deeply, they feel they must respond. Empaths are extremely sensitive and responsible individuals who carry the feelings and emotional baggage of others. Depending on the circumstances, life situation, and moods of their loved ones, these feelings might be joy, passion, anger, sadness, grief, loss, and even anxiety. This kind of unmanaged sensitivity creates a dangerous and painful emotional cycle
Omtimes.com
affecting them physically. Since our sensory processes (sight, sound, touch, taste, and smell) are different for every individual, no two empaths will experience their environment in the same way, with one exception. All empaths have a common thread that weaves through the empathic experience. When an empath feels unloved, an automatic self-protection mechanism kicks in. This coping mechanism developed in childhood in order to feel the thoughts, emotions, and intentions of others so the child would know how to gauge his/her behavior in response. First, when an empath’s love is not reciprocated they experience a great emotional loss and this heavy grief takes an emotional toll. Secondly, even more challenging, when an empath loves someone who can’t or won’t love himself or herself, the empath will attempt to hold, fix, or change an emotional pattern in order to relieve the dissonance they
Omtimes.com
feel so penetratingly in their own mind and body. The empath’s love handles are a physical sign that grow out of this invisible, but very palpable emotional-energetic exchange. An Empath is Born Early in life, the sensitive child witnessed the pain of a parent and subconsciously decided to take this suffering on. While in early childhood development, the young empath didn’t consciously understand their innate tendency to hold and metabolize their parent’s pain process. As an empath matures into adulthood he/ she doesn’t realize that he/she is literally ‘loving’ others too much. An expansive capacity for compassion, love, and emotional holding comes from the empath’s second chakra that connects the energetic and physical body near the navel. When this energy pattern runs unchecked there will be a slow subtle weight gain, which first appears around the waistline. Left untreated it will run down toward the hips. This is a
gradual warning sign that the body-mind-spirit are out of balance and rest, kindness, and gentle loving care of the self are needed. Once the empathy weight hits critical mass it runs throughout the entire body and is not easily lost by conventional diet plans like the calories-in calories-out method. Learning Relational Health When empathy weight becomes stuck or held in the empath’s body it simply means they have not been able to metabolize or transform foreign energy. The challenge for an empath is to learn how to love safely and healthfully without the weight gain. This means developing self-love and confidence at a core internal level. Love handles are only a sign of a long-held coping mechanism of caring entirely too much. While this may sound simple it can be extremely damaging to an empath’s self-esteem. It is incredibly important for a young empath to become aware of this pattern early
because when treated at the ‘love handle’ level their system will recover quickly and weight loss comes naturally. This occurs when an empath becomes aware they can incorporate methods of daily self-care that immediately treat the imbalance. Once they bring their intention to this imbalance and use their energy for self, not giving it away to others, the weight often melts away. About the Author: Courtney

Feng Shui and the Practice of Magic By Kartar Diamond
Feng Shui is a metaphysical art, no doubt. But I have also written articles in defense of Feng Shui not being an occult practice, even though it often gets put into the same basket. While Feng Shui mostly operates as a natural science, there are simply some results, Omtimes.com
cause, and effect, which cannot be explained by current scientific standards. Magic may be slight-of-hand most of the time, but is it ever real? I encounter people all the time who have had experiences which they cannot explain in any
mundane way, and this includes circumstances which could not just be written off as coincidence. As well, there are advanced technologies which human kind has mastered in the last 70+ years which most people don’t even know, exists. They would most certainly be seen as magic if not explained, such as the antigravity apparatus the military has produced. Some of this information is even declassified. Some Feng Shui principles correspond perfectly with the latest understanding of parallel universes or dimensions. We are getting confirmation that by bending time and space we cannot only time travel, but we can also better understand why placing a physical object in a room can either influence the unseen magnetic field or address an entirely different parallel dimension. The ancients were either outright geniuses and/or coached well by higher beings. Normally, we don’t want to mix domains as there will be frustrating contradictions. For example, if you have something wrong physically, it may or may not be appropriate to address the physical problem
psychologically. And yet, that might cut through the core to treat the cause and not just the symptom. We might have a 3rd dimension problem, which needs to be dealt with in another dimension. Can we change our DNA? As citizens of Earth, we are sometimes introduced to new concepts, not just for the concept at face value, but to also usher in another real option. Some people feel that the emergence of transgenderism is a prelude to trans-humanism. And on that note, many ancient Feng Shui principles may just be preparing us for conscious interaction with other dimensions. In the same way that a caveman might have thought a cell phone was a magic box, or when UFO’s from Biblical times were interpreted as angels from heaven, we can agree that some Feng Shui principles are just not understood yet, or universally appreciated, in current times. Qi may be invisible to most, but a small segment of the population can see it, hear it, and feel it. There are many Schools of Feng Shui and some were used in Omtimes.com
times past to control people on a much larger scale. Up until very recently in world history, most people were poor and only the “1%” elite had access to Feng Shui masters. Instead of the individual Feng Shui expert helping someone with personal finances or to resolve a health issue, the Feng Shui master from long ago may have been working for the government and directly involved in controlling the weather, battle strategies and other forms of “wizardry” and magic, fully embraced by the Emperor. Before learning feng shui, my main metaphysical background was in the yogic traditions. Did you know that you can hypnotize an entire army with a large enough gong played? Even today, there are a few Feng Shui teachers who are willing to share with their students some powerful formulas for controlling other people’s minds, hearts, and behaviors. But is this what we really want to do in the name of Feng Shui? Do I really want to cast a spell on another person, without their permission, so that they appease my client in some ways? As
Omtimes.com
much as I want to help people and influence their progress, I don’t want to interfere with their destiny or play God. Frankly, I haven’t had much interest in learning some Feng Shui applications because I just can’t differentiate them from the type of behavior associated with occult-like magic. These are techniques which I don’t want to take personal responsibility for. If I can help you, through your physical surroundings, to attract more good things in your life, through traditional Feng Shui techniques, great! But I am not going to give out instructions for casting a spell on another person. And anyone practicing Feng Shui professionally should take a good, hard look at some of the more obscure practices, that are growing in popularity, with great care. Be careful and conscientious, so that you do not create more karma for your client. This is advice I would give to myself as well. The 12-Step Cure For Helicopter Parenting By Marcia Sirota, MD.
Those young people whose parents raised them to be hard-working, responsible and self-directed are going to be at a huge advantage, compared to those who have helicopter
Omtimes.com
parents or those who’ve studied at schools that act like helicopter parents. Frighteningly, it seems like our schools, from elementary to high school, to college, are being pressured by both parents and government bodies to pass students; even if they haven’t shown up to class, haven’t done the work, and haven’t learned the material. Someone I know who teaches elementary school is appalled to see how many of the parents question every grade their kids receive, without wondering about the more important issue, which is whether their children are learning what they need to prepare for their futures. An acquaintance of mine who teaches in a professional program at a college tells me that their post-secondary institution is being pressured to give its students an experience of “student satisfaction,” rather than a proper education. When I talk to people who run businesses and are in the process of hiring, the stories of young
people entering the workplace are shocking. I hear about young people who are grossly unprepared, both in attitude and skill set, to perform the jobs they’re applying for. I recently heard of a young man who was offered a summer job. It would be five or six weeks, six days a week, and he’d earn upwards of $3000. His mom refused to let him take the job, telling the prospective employer that it was “too much work.” A young person I know of got their first job out of school. It was well-paying and had opportunities for advancement, but they didn’t like the 45-minute commute. When they mentioned to their father that they were thinking of quitting, he went along with the idea. Clearly, these parents love their kids, but the way that they’re showing it isn’t doing these young adults any favors. A young woman I know attended a two-year training program which prepared her for a great career in the entertainment industry. Omtimes.com
The course cost close to $30,000, but even so, the young woman told me that many of her classmates were skipping classes and not handing in their assignments. By the end of the two years, a fraction of the people who began the program ended up graduating, despite the fact that everyone had paid the full tuition in advance. I wondered how the parents who were funding this costly program might be reacting to their kids not taking the program seriously. Would these parents go ahead and fund another program, and another, in the hopes that their kid might eventually find something they felt more inclined to participate in? Is this the right message to send to a young person? I believe that there are 12 things a young person needs to learn if they want workplace success. If parents and schools make it too easy for young people to shirk their work, it’s unlikely that these youth will ever be willing Omtimes.com
or able to do what’s necessary, to excel in their training or in their future jobs. If a young person has had helicopter parenting and/or has graduated from a college that coddled them, how can they overcome these disadvantages and achieve success in the workplace? It’s simple, if not easy. They have to learn the attitudes and skills that will make it possible for them to succeed. I believe that there are 12 things a young person needs to learn if they want workplace success. They can learn these things, even if their parents and/or schools were too busy bubble-wrapping them to instill these essential lessons into them. 1: Self-reliance. Helicopter parents do too much for their kids, so they grow up overly dependent and unable to do things on their own. The kids need to learn how to trust themselves and believe in themselves so that they can make their own decisions, solve their own problems and function independently.
2: Independent thinking. Helicopter parents do much of the thinking for their kids, so they grow up feeling uncomfortable thinking for themselves. The kids need to learn how to ask the right questions, analyze the data and make up their own minds about things. 3: Hard work. Helicopter parents make everything too easy for their kids, so they need to learn how to apply themselves to a task and complete it, even if it’s not easy. The kids need to appreciate how much confidence and mastery will come from working hard at tasks and accomplishing their goals. 4: Perseverance. Helicopter parents tell their kids that if something is hard, they can just give up. The kids need to learn that if something is hard, they have to try harder, and stick with it. That’s the only road to real success. 5: Frustration tolerance: Helicopter parents cushion their kids’ every fall, depriving them of all the learning opportunities that come from experiencing loss or failure. The
kids need to learn how to fall down and pick themselves up, how to fail with grace and how to be a good loser. 6: Good learning habits. Helicopter parents do all the work for their kids, or tell them not to bother because something is «too hard.» These kids need to learn how to research a project, write a complete, grammatical sentence, finish an essay and prepare for and write a test. The bubble-wrapped young person can break free and make the changes necessary to eventually have a good job and a fulfilling career. 7: Rigorous thinking. Helicopter parents spoon-feed their kids, making it easy for them to have lazy thinking. These kids need to learn the difference between facts and opinions, between what they wish to see and what actually is, and between scientificallyproven truths and things they’d prefer to believe but simply aren’t true. 8: Good judgment. Helicopter parents do too much for their Omtimes.com
kids, so they fail to develop good judgment. They need to learn how to assess people and situations accurately, make good choices for themselves and keep out of trouble. 9: Interpersonal skills. Helicopter parents spoil their kids, so they grow up with an attitude of over-entitlement. They need to learn respect for others, tolerance of differences, recognition of hierarchies, patience, tact, and strategies for coping with conflicts. 10: Conscientiousness. Helicopter parents make things much too easy for their kids. They need to learn the value of coming in every day, showing up on time, staying until the end of the day, taking appropriatelength lunch and coffee breaks and doing the work assigned to them, all without complaining. 11: Humility. Helicopter parents spoil their kids, making them feel superior to everyone else, including their superiors. These kids need to learn that they might be bright and talented, but they’re the lowest on the totem pole and have the most to learn. They need to learn Omtimes.com
to appreciate the wisdom and experience of their elders and to listen more than they speak. 12: Integrity. Helicopter parents make everything too easy for their kids. These kids need to learn the values of honesty, trustworthiness, loyalty and keeping their promises. In the workplace, soft skills like integrity, conscientiousness and emotional intelligence are often valued more highly than specific technical skills. All of these things can be learned over time, even if a young person has had helicopter parenting and/or schools that overly coddled them. The bubble-wrapped young person can break free and make the changes necessary to eventually have a good job and a fulfilling career. A successful business is often contingent on gaining the right information, but history has shown that beyond the PhDs, business coaching and focus groups, the most powerful business tool may actually be buried deep within you. In April 1906, the great Wall Street trader, Jesse Livermore, was enjoying a vacation in
Omtimes.com
Atlantic City when, on a hunch, he entered a brokerage and sold 1000 Union Pacific shares short. At the time, it was one of the strongest stocks in a roaring bull market, and the move was so astounding that the broker remarked to Livermore, “You mean to buy Union Pacific?” Livermore’s response was to write another ticket and sell another 2000 shares short. The following day, he increased the total by another 2000 shares. Feeling a strong urge to be back in action, Livermore then ended his vacation abruptly and returned to New York. A day later, on 18 April 1906, a devastating earthquake hit San Francisco, and within three days Union Pacific stock had plummeted. Jesse Livermore, acting on nothing more than an uncanny premonition, netted a cool US$250,000. For many, the idea of natural psychic ability – of a sixthsense – is fantastical nonsense that has no place in the world of modern business. However,
the truth is that behind the theatre of crystal balls and flowing velvet, the last century has seen a steady increase in both scientific data and historical evidence in support of this elusive skill. Today, not only is there overwhelming data to suggest that psychic (or psi) abilities exist, there is also compelling evidence that it can be a valuable business tool. The late Steve Jobs was a well-known advocate of listening to the voice within, imploring people to “have the courage to follow your heart and intuition,” and Richard Branson openly attributes his success to his “gut instinct.” Although many may consider these intuitive insights as simply being data regurgitated from the subconscious, history has shown that people, like Jesse Livermore, can also receive information that belies all logic. The autobiographies of Abraham Lincoln, Conrad Hilton, Estee Lauder and Winston Churchill are full
Omtimes.com
of stories of premonition and psychic insight, and scientific institutions around the world are researching these phenomena to better understand how it happens, and how it can be harnessed. One of the most prominent organizations currently researching psi is the Institute of Noetic Sciences (IONS) in California, USA. Founded by Apollo 14 astronaut, Edgar Mitchell, soon after his successful mission to the moon, IONS has conducted thousands of clinical studies to document and better understand these abilities. Working in conjunction with academic kingpins such as Harvard Medical School, Stanford University, Oxford University, Cambridge University and the United Nations, IONS has provided two very important insights into the world of psi. Firstly, they have established that these abilities actually do exist, with a collection of overwhelming clinical
Omtimes.com
evidence. Secondly, and perhaps more importantly, studies have shown that psi is a natural function, found to varying degrees of aptitude in every human being. The human sixth-sense has long been shrouded in a cloak of mystique and superstition, but science and history are finally revealing a new dimension to these phenomena. Rather than an elusive party-trick, psychic insight is now making its way into the boardroom, and may yet prove to be the most powerful business tool of all. 7 Key Signs to know “It’s time to move on.” It’s easy to get stuck in a rut when it comes to our jobs and business. You might want to advance your career, improve your earning capacity, find a more interesting role, or a
Omtimes.com
take a step away from work. It may just even be asking the question, “Am I ready for something new?” Joy Of Business Facilitator and corporate executive Laurence Favier suggests there are 7 key signs we should acknowledge when it is time for a change and to move on: 1. I’m not inspired anymore - You wake up every morning, already tired and feeling no excitement or enthusiasm to go to work. It’s been a long time since you were motivated or passionate about your job and it felt ‘light’ for you. Now your activities seem useless and without any purpose; you no longer vibrate with them. You know all you have to know about your job, and you no longer can see how you could add more. 2. I don’t feel the positive energy from my colleagues anymore - Your colleagues feel heavy in energy and their
repetitive conversations seem insipid to you. They talk about the same daft subjects: their sports exploits of the weekend, the top scores of the last football or rugby matches, sports lottery and dishing the dirt. They are not good friends, except maybe one or two to whom you can tell your troubles and share your discomfort. You are looking for more nurturing conversations at the coffee machine, and you attend this place less frequently to have a break. 3. I have no energy or effort for my work – Your manager gives you more and more work without being aware that your motivation has gone away and without checking if you are ok with the additional work. You do your job at the lowest level required and you no longer have any initiative. You have not dared to talk to your manager about this situation. You know you have to do that at the next face to face meeting.
Omtimes.com
4. My daydreams are better than my reality - You daydream more and more during the workday and ask yourself what else you could do. It is more and more difficult and heavy for you to get back to this reality. Tasks become bigger and bigger and you no longer know where to begin. 5. I have lost interest in my subject of work - When people in your circle of acquaintances tell stories about the working world you think it’s no longer your cup of tea. Working on automatic pilot from Monday to Friday isn’t fun anymore. You dream about doing something else but don’t really know what that could be. 6. I don’t smile when I am doing my job - Following established company processes no longer make you smile. When you hear “We have always done it this way and there is no reason to change it,” you want to make a fuss.
Omtimes.com
7. I can’t progress anymore - When you began your job years ago, you committed to stay for 5 years. 8 years later you are still there. All of your requests to move to a different job are in vain. There is always a very good reason to keep you at your place. Every time you ask to move your boss explains to you that it is better for you to stay where you are because there was no budget for this new post. In fact, there were external recruitments, and you stayed stuck at your place with more things to do. If you recognize yourself in most of these scenarios, before diving into despair, you could ask yourself if it is time to move on to something different. Ask yourself: ––What do I aspire to? ––What do I imagine to do in 5 years? In 10 years? ––Where can I see me in 5 years? In 10 years? ––Is there anything else I could do?
––What do I desire? ––What do I love to do? ––Shall I stay with this company or not? ––What kind of jobs could I be interested in? In this company? In another one? ––What evolution can I have there? The idea is to open the door to more awareness of what makes you vibrate and brings you happiness. This way you will be able to recognize this joy and vibration when you find a new activity. Because, isn’t that your target? Being happy in everything you do? Have fun while doing what you like to do and earn money at the same time? Would your life be lighter like this? What would it take for you to be the creator of this life? Asking questions will start a movement to change your career and give you a choice to discover the joy of careers and business.

4 Ways to Forgive When an Apology Never Arrives by Tara Meyer-Robson on July 28, 2017
Forgiveness is hard enough, even when we receive a heartfelt apology from a truly repentant person. But what if we will never hear “I’m sorry” from the person who wounded us? Can we ever move forward? Can we heal?
Omtimes.com
Thankfully, forgiveness and healing is still possible. Here, find four simple ways to release old hurts, take back power from those who caused pain, and regain joy and wellbeing in life. Forgiveness is hard enough when the person who inflicted the wound acknowledges the pain they’ve caused and offers a heartfelt apology. This allows closure, and with closure comes forgiveness. But what happens when an apology will never come? Perhaps the injurer is someone who doesn’t (and is unlikely to ever) think he’s wrong. Maybe the wound is from a friend from the distant past, or the perpetrator has passed away. What then? How do we forgive? Can we heal? It’s not only possible, it can be easier than one might think. Try these four simple ways to let unresolved hurts go: 1. Rewrite the experience. While it might sound (and
feel) silly, role-playing isn’t just reserved for actors; acting out the part of anyone that hurt us and offering ourselves an apology can be tremendously effective. Recent research on healing PTSD indicates that role-play is more effective than many other therapies used for recovery from traumatic events. Role-play, it turns out, helps us rewrite the experience in our minds, diffusing the pain associated with the memory. Rather than physically acting it out, another option is to mentally rewrite it in your mind. To do so, sit or lie down in a comfortable position with eyes closed. Visualize the original experience, but this time, imagine that the people involved acted in ways which were supportive, rather than harming. Or, imagine that the individuals offer deeply personal and heart-felt apologies. Imagine yourself responding to these apologies. Make this as real as possible; really feel the emotions as if this was physically happening in the present moment.
Omtimes.com
For those of us that aren’t visual people, another method is to write it all out, either long-hand or typed. Remember to stay connected any emotions as you write.
this person, “I release you and I forgive you, and we are both now free.” Then, cut the cord and see this person disappear from the safe space.
2. Cut the cords that bind.
This is a classic exercise and an effective one. More often than not, we have a myriad of things we wish we could say to the person who hurt us. When it’s impossible (or unwise) to do so, a great option is to write a letter that will never be sent.
When we hold onto a grudge, we are spiritually connected to that old wound and the person who injured us. It’s like being an electrical power strip where the person who wounded us is plugged in and draining some of our power, sometimes for years. An excellent way to release anything still drawing power is to imagine cutting the cord that connects us. To do this, find a place that feels like a safe space. Sit comfortably with eyes closed. Visualize yourself inviting each person who harmed you into this safe space. Look down and see the cord that connects you to each other. When you are ready, say to
Omtimes.com
3. Write a letter.
Write out everything that’s yearning to be said. Write about how the person made you feel, the way it still affects you now, and what you wish he or she would say to you. Write until you have no more words. Then, take the letter to a safe place, and cut it up or burn it. As you do, say aloud, “ I forgive you and release this hurt from my mind, body, spirit, and life.”
4. Remember that forgiveness is critical for your wellbeing. If it’s still hard to let it go, keep these words from IrishAmerican author Malachy McCourt in mind, “Resentment is like taking poison and waiting for the other person to die.” Choosing to hold on to old wounds hurts no one but ourselves. Those that hurt us are going about their lives, very likely impervious to the wrongs they’ve done. Our pain is not waking them in the middle of the night in a panic or making them too afraid to love again or keeping them from taking positive steps forward in life. In contrast, when we hold onto unexpressed grief and internalized anger, it manifests into a range of illnesses from common aches and pains to more serious diseases like ulcers or cancer. Even if it doesn’t turn into an illness, it’s likely holding us back from
being fully present in some areas of life and robbing us of the full happiness and richness we deserve. Do you really want someone who hurt you to hold that much power over your life? How long has the old wound been affecting your life? Years? Decades? Whatever length, it’s too long. Don’t waste another second being poisoned by resentment. Take back power from old wounds (with or without an apology) and free yourself to live a happy, fulfilled life in the here and now. Working and Healing with Crystals by Robyn M. Fritz
Perfect Crystals and the Right Mindset
and the right mindset.
Curious about working with crystals but don’t know where to start? I have good news! It can be easy for even a ‘crystal newbie’ to collaborate with crystals. In fact, they are useful for so many things that many people miss out by not exploring how to work and heal with them. It all begins with crystals
Most people think of crystals as tools, which is treating them like servants. Instead, collaborate with them as partners. Like all things, crystals are alive—they have souls, consciousness, rights, responsibilities, free choice, and opinions. Treating a crystal as a partner, just like we would humans, put us on the practical
Omtimes.com
and spiritual path of doing great things together as we each grow as souls. How we regard crystals affects how we choose to work with them—and how they choose to work with us. Crystals are ancient beings we have partnered with for eons to promote physical, emotional, and spiritual healing. There is a perfect crystal for any need we have, and often more than one.
How to Purchase the Right Crystal Mining, transporting, and storing crystals can be shocking and toxic to the crystals and the energies they hold. So, when purchasing, choose quality over quantity and price. Buy from merchants who are reputable and kind to their crystals; this will be evident. Damaged crystals may never function properly to help themselves, let alone us. They can take months to recover if they ever do. Even the most damaged crystal may look pretty, but it will not be able to partner with our work fully. Begin searching by doing research with a good book on crystals, like Judy Hall’s Crystal Bible series. This helps to determine the
types of crystal we need for its intended purpose. For instance, if grounding and protection are the goals, research the given properties and uses of different crystals, look at pictures, then examine them intuitively, either in person or online. There may be a large variety to choose from, but some crystals have even more refined uses. It would help, for example, to know wulfenite is good for energy, while apophyllite helps vision.
Clearing the Crystals, or Preparing for Use It is good practice to clear our crystals first after purchase, then after each use. Energy clings to crystals in much the same way it clings to us. So, clean or clear the crystal to prepare it for use. Check them regularly to monitor the health of your crystals, and get to know the crystal’s physical properties. Methods of clearing the crystals include rinsing them in cold water or setting them in the sun, or in sea salt. Do this only if you are sure they will not melt or be damaged. Incense, clearing sprays, and energy healing can also work—using kyanite, a clearing crystal, rapidly clears anything and anyone. Omtimes.com
Intention and Working with Crystals In researching, you may uncover directions or advice on how to program your crystals. There can be elaborate ways to do this, but crystals carry their own opinions. It is easiest and most effective to set an intention to create an effective and respectful partnership, and go from there, much the same process as its purchase. When there is alignment between our intuition and the crystal, we intend to use, simply pick it up or sit next to it and invite it to join in whatever the intention is. Yes, it is really that easy—assuming, of course, that have full awareness of how your intuition works. Some of us intuitively “know” how to work with a crystal and what it would like to do. We sense its energies, see mental pictures, or feel its power. Experiment a bit; a healthy crystal will help indicate how best to use it.
Crystals for Grounding and Protection Continued use of crystals often draws us to the ones we need to use most. Grounding and protection are two needs most of
Omtimes.com
us have. Everyone and everything on Earth has a need to be solidly in our bodies, so we are clearminded and healthy. When we are scattered, anxious, ill, or otherwise ungrounded, we do not feel or act well and can make mistakes. Frustrations, like getting stuck in traffic or having a tough day at work can affect us negatively. Counteract difficult situations by carrying or wearing grounding and protection crystals. Columbite: Columbite is one of the most powerful grounding and protection stones available, and is sometimes hard to find. It is an ore and heavy for its size. Columbite rapidly clears chakras, clearly convincing us what “grounded” means. It also protects us from unfriendly energies and entities. White Quartz with Tourmaline Wands: White quartz is a grounding and clearing stone enhanced by naturally occurring black tourmaline wands. White and clear quartz are obtained easily. These may be some of the first pieces to buy because they are effective, all-around helpers.
Crystals for Clearing and Healing Clearing and healing crystals work in mind, body, and spirit, sometimes all at once. This includes emotional and mental health, from setting boundaries to self-esteem; physical health, from eye issues to arthritis or chronic disease; and spiritual health, from clearing attachments and negativity to advancing on your spiritual path, including past life regression and spiritual purpose. Carnelian: Since most crystals have multiple uses, experiment to discover their unique abilities. For example, carnelian is an orangered stone traditionally considered to be a root chakra stone. Yet, it also works largely as a heart chakra stone Auralite: Many people adore amethyst for its ties to the heart and love, but it is often too sensitive to support deep, healing work. It is an emotional stone and shatters easily. Consider auralite instead, which is a type of amethyst mined in Canada and contains as many as 23 different minerals. Auralite often includes strong grounding crystals, like
hematite, so it is tough and facilitates deep healing. Kyanite: Raw pieces of Kyanite are gorgeous, and co-workers will admire their beauty and may not realize they are being cleared— bonus! Consider buying small tumbled pieces to carry with you. Everyone should have kyanite to keep themselves, crystals, possessions, and spaces cleared. It quickly sweeps away stuck energy. Crystals are fascinating and useful partners in the business of living. In my webinar, Working, and Healing with Crystals, we explore much more and explain how to work with them. I guide participants through a working session with a chosen crystal. About the Author Robyn M. Ask Michelle Whitedove
Dear Michelle,
THE COLUMN OF MICHELLE WHITEDOVE
My father has been lingering for months towards death. The suffering is immense. Why do some souls linger when they could go to Heaven? Dearest, Before we come into this life, we preview our next incarnation. With God, and our heavenly support team we look at different scenarios and we decide on the path that will lead us to spiritual growth. What type of family, what nationality, what advantages or perceived disadvantages that will be the right circumstances for the soul to learn and grow. This is why we each face obstacles and tragedies during our lifetime because they give us the opportunity to overcome and grow.
As each soul comes close to death on their Earthly timeline, there is a heavenly evaluation of the soul’s evolution. Then, it is decided if the soul has completed their contract or soul’s purpose, if there will be an extension or if it’s time to go home. This is why each soul has more than one death date. Most of us have knowingly come close to death at some point – a near miss of a car accident, a health emergency or some other occurrence. Your Father is lingering because he is afraid of what awaits him. He was not a loving human and now that he is coming to the end - - he is thinking about his relationships and how he has conducted himself. He is mean spirited and even now has misplaced animosity. Even though he was not a good father, this is your opportunity to get closure. Say what needs to be said. Tell him how you feel in a non-confrontational way. Now might be the time for you to work towards forgiveness. Please know that your rough childhood, made you into the strong resilient woman that you are today.
IN THE SPOTLIGHT
Dear Whitedove, I couldn’t wait to have my first baby with my wife, as two gay women, you told me that we could conceive and we did! Our son is two years old now and the preschool teacher said that she feels that he is slightly autistic. We were flabbergasted. He is a little quirky but I don’t want him to be labeled. He is growing quickly so I am waiting untill he gets older to ask a Doctor. Enclosed photo for your expert opinion.
Dearest, Since when are teachers able to diagnose children? Many doctors don’t even diagnose autism correctly. Your son is an Indigo Child. These are very special children that are enlightened more so than previous generations. They don’t act or think exactly like other children. Many are very introspective from a very young age. Some won’t walk or talk as soon as expected, but there is nothing physically or mentally wrong. They understand completely, they just process information differently.
Indigo Children are sometimes called blue ray children; they might be considered high maintenance emotionally. But I assure you they are on a special mission and well worth your love, time and devotion. They need structured activities whether its sports or the arts. As they get a bit older encourage positive outlets like yoga, hobbies or joining a civic organization that promotes humanitarian acts. I highly recommend Montessori or a Waldorf education for these very special children. They will relish in the personalized attention and the hands-on activities that these schools excel in. On your son’s behalf, you will recognize his high IQ and his thirst for knowledge, he is a just a late bloomer. He is more than perfect!

Telling Stories in the Age of Conception by Kara Johnstad
Telling Our Stories in the Conception Age There is a movement happening in recent years. It is the movement of conscious storytelling, in which we
Omtimes.com
connect with our close network of friends. It is a deeply satisfying experience when we tell our stories, giving expression to our experience. We adore the feeling of connection, and everybody loves a good story. So, how is this part of the creative, evolutionary process? It might be said that the greatest connections happen through great storytelling. In “The Whole New Mind,” author Daniel Pink talks about us leaving the “Information Age” and entering the “Conception Age.” Information Age Tycoons Versus Conception Age Stars If the iconic figures of the information age were Steve Jobs and Bill Gates, who are the people that are going to lead us in these new times? Who are the conception age stars that shine brightly in the firmament? Where are all this technology and its ability to connect the world at a rapid
pace taking us? History teaches that the emperors and religious leaders of old had the monopoly on the stories performed and shared publicly. Few people had the chance to perform, with only a few stories permitted. The performance of these storied aligned with exactly how the powerful aristocracy and clergy wished audiences to perceive them. Over time, despite the mainstream stories and news that we ingest on a regular basis, most of us starve. Due to the lack of expressing our own authentic stories, we starve intellectually, emotionally, and spiritually. Rather than swallowing anything that comes our way, we much prefer valuing our own life experiences—and the concepts and inspirations through which we consciously live. The Value of Telling Our Stories in the Conception Age We now understand the
Omtimes.com
powerful social media tools, and many of us actively use them. Internet connectivity changes and reshapes our world as we perceive it and live in it. We understand the value that every one of us has a voice in this world. GLOBAL MIND GLOBAL HEART starts with YOU owning your story! There are billions of people on earth, and only ONE of them walks in your shoes! Owning our own story is a big responsibility. We can no longer blame the media or the record labels or the film industry for producing things we want or do not want to see. We now have the keys to the kingdom of expression in our own hands: We have the freedom to create and publish our own works! (Bye-bye, big labels, and publishers.)
Omtimes.com
We have the freedom to work in any format! (Hello, seven-minute radio hits.) We have the freedom to distribute our works worldwide! (Hooray, Amazon, iTunes, Etsy, YouTube and others; we love you!) When you look at the view of Earth from space, you are immediately in awe of what you do see: the incredible beauty of Creation. It is not until you look closer that you realize what you do not see. You do not see lines partitioning countries. You do not see separation between races. You do not see division between religions. You do not see the walls people build to isolate themselves from each other. There is only One Planet. There is only One Humanity. This section is dedicated to introducing thoughts and ideas to foster a greater understanding of Humanity’s interdependence.

Pura Fé: Protecting Sacred Seed Healing the Soul-Pain of Our Indigenous Children through Music
By René Locklear White, Lt. Col. USAF (Retired) Sanctuary on the Trail™ Native American Church of Virginia Lumbee Indian
Our Indigenous children are our sacred seed. Many are suffering and need our help. Pura Fé’s progressive folk and blues tones invoke our Omtimes.com
ancestors and are part of a vocal masterpiece aimed at helping heal indigenous children and families forcibly removed from their people.
Taking Native American Indian children away from their families is still happening across the United States and Canada, resulting in thousands of children experiencing “soul pain” through grief, disempowerment and spiritual disconnection. What most people believed was over, with the boarding schools, is still affecting generations of children. According to national reports, nearly 700 Native American children in South Dakota alone are being removed from their homes every year, sometimes in questionable and suspicious circumstances. Government programs remove children from reservations and place them in white foster homes. In these homes, our indigenous children are experiencing a long list of abuses including sexual violence, physical abandonment and mental trauma. The crisis in Saskatoon, Canada foster homes includes overcrowding. Some families try to care for as many as 15 Native children and youth at the
same time. There are reports of children being beaten and “crawling around with lice.” “The foster homes are so over crowded, officials are locking youth in prison cells,” said Pura Fé who lives a few hours from Saskatoon on a reservation in Northern Saskatchewan, Canada. “Taking children away from the families is the most traumatic thing you can do to a child, to a family and to a people,” added Pura Fé who is an activist for these children. “They come in and just take the children!” As a Native American singersongwriter and musician, Pura Fé uses the healing power of music to help bring recognition to these atrocities and help with the healing process. After splitting up families and separating siblings, officials move the native children to a nebulous family, erasing the child’s records. When fostermoney runs out or the foster families no longer want the children, officials move the children from foster home to foster home. If children Omtimes.com
manage to run away and officials find them, they send the children back into the broken foster-care circle.
the states to remove Indian children and to place them with non-Indian families and religious groups.
“When foster care money runs out, officials literally drop children off on the streets,” added Pura Fé. “And many children go missing.”
Just this August 2017, 17 members of the Northern Arapaho tribe, including tribal elders and young people, traveled to Carlisle to collect and return bodies thought to be the remains of 15-year-old Little Chief, also known as Dickens Nor, and 14-year-old Horse, also called Horace Washington.
These realities are powerfully hard to listen to and accept to be true in this day and age. It seems little has changed. Only the words used to describe what officials are doing with our children changed.
Foster Care or Boarding Schools, Just Different Words It is profoundly disturbing that many foster care programs have become residential schools like the original federally funded, off-reservation, Indian boarding schools of centuries past. The original boarding school operated in Carlisle, Penn. from 1879 – 1918 using former military barracks and militarystyle uniforms to imprison and assimilate little Native children. In many cases, the U.S. Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA) paid Omtimes.com
Officials attempted to “Americanize” the children, by cutting the children’s long hair, changed their names to European names and held them until they assimilated, ran away, or died. The officials’ idea was to “Kill the Indian: Save the Man,” through any means necessary. The 19th and 20th century Carlisle boarding school became the model school for 26 BIA boarding schools, within 15 states and territories, in addition to hundreds of private boarding schools sponsored by religious denominations. It is estimated that more than 10,000 Native American children
from 140 different tribes forcibly attended Carlisle alone. “The boarding-school era that had begun in the late 1800s was winding down and the abusive residential schools set up to isolate and assimilate Native children were being closed down or turned over to the tribes, a process that was largely completed by the 1970s,” said Stephanie Woodard with Indian Country Today. “Meanwhile, another means of separating Native children from their communities was gathering steam.”
Why is this still happening? It is a combination of reasons including cultural in-sensitivity and a culture of non-compliance with policy. What officials continue to fail to realize is the cultural differences. What is in the best interest of an Indian child is not necessarily what was in the best interest of a non-Indian child. Indigenous families are traditionally larger with extended families and tribal relationships. U.S. federal law says that, with some exceptions, if the state
removes a Native American child, the state must place that child with relatives, tribal members or other Native Americans. But that is not happening. In the United States, the Indian Child Welfare Act of 1978 is U.S. Federal law that governs jurisdiction over the removal of Native American Indian children from their families. “The Indian Child Welfare Act of 1978 was passed to halt the widespread practice of separating Indian children from their biological families, intended to protect the best interests of Indian children and the stability of Indian tribes. Instead, the ICWA elevated the interests of tribes above those of individual children, and it weakened the protections of children that state laws provide,” according to Clint Bolick with Newsweek. Investigations are unhurriedly uncovering disturbing examples where social services is failing to comply with their own policies and practices and government officials routinely break their own rules, while these power grabs come at the expense of our children. Pura Fé, is also the founding member of the Native American women’s a cappella quartet, Ulali Project. The Ulali Project quartet is currently made up of Ulali founders, Pura Fe’ and Jennifer Kreisberg, and new additions, Charly Lowry and Layla Locklear. The ladies’ “Sacred Seed” album features original compositions, written in English, Tuscarora, and Tutelo. Pura Fé writes music about residential-school and foster-care survivors. “Sacred seed, DNA, the memory of all time,” sings Pura Fé in the Sacred Seed album. “With in every seed is a universe.” Our Native children carry our sacred seed, carrying our DNA and the memory of all time. If we lose our children, we lose our future. If we allow historical trauma to continue, we continue to wound the soul of our people and our universe. More help is needed. The goal is to reroute the current monetary system and put the foster care money back into Native communities
to build healing shelters and rehabilitation for young parents and homeless youth in every native community, urban or rural. “Rehabilitation in the communities is where the healing begins and stopping the theft of the children,” she added.
