SANDRA GHOSN: Polyphonies Vagabondes: Chapitre I. Beyrouth- Paris- Pilsen 2015
Our Lebanese artist in residence was working on her project for almost 2 months in Pilsen. The installation was a bilateral nomadic reverie inviting visitors to cross the threshold and join her in a spiritual pilgrimage. An epistolary protocol took place during the exhibition where visitor were encourage to write down dream sequences or fictions inspired by the installation. The event was the first part of a 5 chapters odyssey starting in Pilsen. We are already looking forward to the second chapter, the second painting inspired by the messages from the Pilseners! Too hard to wait till October! More info

Short Bio Sofia Krantz is an independent choreographer based in Jerusalem, Israel. Krantz´s work is concerned with different psychological and mental aspects of her craft and the relationships it creates between spectator and spectacle. She conducts an ongoing dialog with her cultural atmosphere and subjects that are up to date in the medium of dance. Her work is informed by Pop Art, fashion, Electro music, fine art and ballet.

The Project Petra Rimalova, a Czech video artist and writer, is going to spend almost the whole month in the city of Pécs. She will work on her first novel and she will also write so-called The Pécs Diary which reflects on her experiences and stories from the residency.
