Happy New Year! Thanks to your membership and support, we had an exceptional 2022. We increased our membership to over 5,800 members, hosted nearly 200 classes, surpassed each of our RPAC goals, donated over 1,200 items to local organizations in need, introduced new events, received multiple awards (national, state, and local!), and assisted over 630 visitors in the office. That is only a

few of the accomplishments we acheived together as an Association over the past year and we could not have done it without YOU! We are excited to make the next 12 months even more successful! We encourage you to get involved by attending events, investing in RPAC, registering for classes, and volunteering your time. We can’t wait to Motivate, Elevate, and Educate our members at the “Speed of Now” in 2023!

President’s Message

It is indeed an honor and a privilege to serve as the 2023 President of the Osceola County Association of REALTORS®. As we begin our 99th year as a REALTOR® organization I’ll like to acknowledge all those who have contributed over the years to position our organization at the forefront. I am deeply appreciative of the confidence invested in me and I am thrilled to be a part of this forward-looking organization.

Amongst all that we do, we must clearly understand and project our mission, “To ensure the personal and financial success of our members through professional development, advocacy and community engagement”. Our vision must be magnetic enough to radiate that “We are the trusted source that lights the path for the real estate industry and our profession in Central Florida”; and the value propositions of all that we undertake must be clear and compelling enough to engage participation and buy in from the various audiences that we seek. Our goal in 2023 is to better position the organization and our membership to proactively meet the many changes taking place in our industry and our profession. You will, as a result, see the roll out of several strategic activities designed to Motivate, Educate & Elevate our membership and our organization at THE SPEED OF NOW!

I am also fortunate to have the members listed below serving with me as your 2023 Board of Directors; and together with our dedicated and knowledgeable CEO, I do believe we are well positioned to move our organization at least one step closer to perfection.

A lot of what we plan to accomplish will fall on the shoulders of the various committees. To our Chairs, Vice-Chairs and committee members, I applaud you for stepping up to serve your organization and look forward to working with you all. To all our members, your support and involvement is of paramount importance, and I hope you will recognize and appreciate the efforts made by so many to help you become more successful.

Happy New Year! Thank you for renewing your 2023 Membership!

Whether you have been a member for several years or are new to us this year, I would like to personally thank you for trusting our Association with your membership. We are excited to help you grow your business!

We believe that education is a key component in your success! As we begin the new year, the Association would like to share our updated cancellation policy that will go into effect on January 1, 2023. Please review this policy and feel free to save it to your records for reference.

2023 Cancellation Policy

By registering for this class you acknowledge the No-Show Fee Policy which requires you to have a valid credit card on file or provide a $20 cash deposit with the Association. Members who do not abide by the policy will not be allowed in the class. Failure to cancel IN WRITING by emailing education@osceola-realtors.com will result in a $20 No-Show Fee being automatically deducted from your credit card or loss of the $20 cash deposit immediately following the class. If your credit card is declined, your account will be locked until the No-Show Fee is paid.

I would also like to thank all of those who attended our 2022 Awards & Installation Ceremony. We had a wonderful evening recognizing our 2022 Award Recepients and installing our 2023 Board of Directors. We look forward to their leadership and seeing all that they accomplish this year!

Sponsorship Opportunities Welcome New VIPs
