As we move into the beginning of this upcoming holiday season, it seems appropriate to pause and take a moment to reflect on the remarkable and improbable journey we’ve shared throughout 2024.
This year has been filled with the usual challenges of our profession, and also several very unexpected, very significant challenges…
Stubborn levels of inflation, inscrutable Federal Reserve policy, volatile stock market fluctuations, Debby and Helene and Milton! Oh, and that little legal settlement thing for NAR. Not exactly what we were expecting at 12:01 am on January 1st.
Despite those and a thousand other things, you persevered. You overcame. You triumphed. You did not falter and you did not fail to continue serving the interests and delivering benefits for your customers and clients.
As your President, I am both grateful and proud for the resilience and commitment you have shown. Your professionalism and ethical standards have not only elevated our association but have also set a benchmark of excellence for our industry and for our community as well. Together, we have navigated a dynamic market landscape, and your adaptability and innovation have played a crucial role in our success.
This ‘Season Of Thanksgiving’ offers a chance not only to express appreciation but also to recognize and praise the hard work and dedication that each of you brings to our association and the real estate community.

REDEEM YOUR EDUCATION VOUCHERS BEFORE 12/31/24
Mandatory ethics training requirements for new and continuing Realtor members was established by the National Association’s Board of Directors. The policy dictates that all active members must take a code of ethics class once every three years. The applicable dates are the same for all Realtors irrespective of when they join. The current cycle began January 1, 2022 and ends December 31, 2024.
