It’s hard to believe that it’s once again, time to renew your membership. Great news! There are no cost increases to your 2021 annual dues. In fact, we have several beneficial early bird incentives if you renew by December 15, 2020. They include: • A $100 education voucher • Weekly drawings for $100 gift cards • One drawing for a FREE annual membership • Any/all prior no-show fees will be waived These incentives are our way of thanking you for your membership and for renewing by December 15, 2020. If you renew before December 15, your name will automatically be entered to win a Free 1-Year membership. It is located at the same site but we have a new address, 1105 Cross Prairie Parkway, Kissimmee, FL 34744. While we are looking forward to welcoming our members to our new home, due to COVID-19 the building is temporarily closed to the public. We will keep you updated when we start our phased reopening. Below you can see some images of the building, including the lobby, the NEW Members’ Lounge, and the Board Room. This year, the Florida Realtors Women in Real Estate conference is being presented as a series of dynamic and diverse presenter interviews to be shared virtually. Through personal and professional insights, practical advice and candid conversation, each woman will share what makes her self-reliant and successful. Registration is required. Latest Realtor® News NAR Launches ‘NAR en Español’ Website The National Association of Realtors® (NAR) launched NAR en Español, a fully-Spanish subsite to the association’s main webpage, nar.realtor. NAR’s Spanish-speaking membership continues to rise at a historic pace, and NAR says its NAR en Español initiative has helped local and global members leverage their Realtor® affiliation since 2018. Most recently, a component of NAR’s “Right Tools, Right Now” program focused on ensuring local and global Spanish-speaking Realtors and bilateral partners have access to the resources NAR provided its members in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. NAR en Español maintains a focus on member education initiatives. Last summer it hosted over 300 students from 15 countries for two fully virtual Accredited Buyer Representative and Seller Representative Specialist courses, which were held in Spanish.
