MAIN INFORMATION ABOUT GREAT BRITAIN Geography and and politics Great Britain is a big island located to the North of France , with Belgium and The Netherlands to the East and with the Atlantic Sea to the North and West. Great Britain , as I previously said, is a big island and it is true that is the biggest island in Europe . Its area is 229,850 km ². Some important cities are London , Edimburgh , Blackpool , Manchester , York , Glasgow , Birmingham and Liverpool . Great Britain is a constitutional monarchy . The monarch is the Queen Isabel II and the president, who is called” Prime Minister” is David Cameron

Lenguage and religion His official language is English but also there are more languages (Irish , Welsh, Gaelic, Scotti Great Brish ) , his official money is the sterling pound and the official religion is anglicanism though there are some catholics. 61’4 millions of people live In Great Britain


GREAT BRITAIN BORDER Great Britain borders on the Atlantic Ocean to the north , northwest and southwest , on the English channel to the on south , on the north sea to the East and the Ireland sea on the coast west of Great Britain .

GREAT BRITAIN FLAG The flag is made up of / consists of a red cross of Saint Jorge, saint patron of England, superimposed on the Saltire of Saint Andrés, patron of Scotland. It is known as the Union Flag.

ROAST_BEEF RECIPE ● Preheat the oven to 190ºC ● Make 8 holes around the meat. Put a Sliver of garlic into each hole. Take a tablespoon(14.17 g )of olive oil and spread it all over. Sprinkle the salt and the pepper around it. Put the meat on the oven rack (with the fast side up.
