PERUVIAN CLASSICS Ceviche Arigato offers a full menu of Peruvian classic entrees that will make every Peruvian think of home. Their Lomo Saltado entrée offers juicy strips of soy-marinated steak cooked perfectly with chilies, tomatoes, and onions to form a delectable gravy. It is served with crisp French fries and rice and is a great dish for a business meal or lunch after a tennis match. Be sure to try the Aji De Gallina as well. This traditional Peruvian chicken dish is made with shredded chicken in a spicy, nutty cheese sauce and is served over rice.
CEVICHE ARIGATO The restaurant’s namesake dish must be tasted. It effortlessly combines the tastes of
Japanese sushi with the national dish of Peru, ceviche. This “cold-cooked” dish includes fresh fish marinated with lime, soy sauce, a touch of mustard, and garnish with avocado and wasabi.
