SHE may be little at the tender age of three, but Frankie Winters has hit the big time – she’ll be just one of the thousands of performers who will be treading the boards at the 2022 Dubbo Eisteddfod. After two years of Covid disruptions there’s a tangible and uplifting vibe amongst the dancers and other artists performing at the 2022 Dubbo Eisteddfod, according to Step-
ping Out Dance Factory principal Rikki Slack-Smith. “There is so much excitement among all the dancers and a real sense of camaraderie between all the studios who are just so thrilled that we finally get a chance to showcase our spectacular students and join in with studios from throughout NSW in celebrating dance,” Mrs Slack-Smith told Dubbo Photo News.
