When people aren’t ready to buy, or can’t, they rent. And many times they become wonderful first-time home buyers. It’s our job at OZARKS PROPERTY MANAGEMENT to get good, qualified renters placed in our communities. And right now, we’re failing at it. Why? Because we have very little left available to rent.
