Tone Up & Stretch

This class is a total body workout that focuses on: strengthening and toning your muscles, increasing flexibility, improving balance and posture. Class is low impact and will use a long flat stretch band and a mat for some exercises. Exercises are done standing, with a chair and on the floor. Good for men and women of all ages.
