Cardio Strength Jazzercise is the original dance party workout! Our high-energy dance cardio classes are set to hit music and blend dance with Pilates, yoga, kickboxing and strength training. The results? Long, lean muscles and an undeniable mood boost. Let us show you a workout that you’ll want to stick with. Classes are held in-person at the Carpenter Park Recreation Center and online. Cardio, Strength & Tone

This class emphasizes overall physical conditioning and toning. Exercises focus on strength, flexibility, and endurance. This highly-efficient, full body workout utilizes resistance exercises and endurance drills to build and sculpt every major muscle group. 20-20-20 has 20 minutes of hi aerobics, 20 minutes of low aerobics and 20 minutes of resistance training. This class is designed to burn calories with easy to follow aerobics and strength exercises. 16 Judkins

This class will incorporate a variety of fat burning and muscle toning workouts, including step, high/ low impact, kickboxing, Tai Chi, weight training, body sculpting, and abdominal exercises. Come tone all 360 degrees of your body. It will burn calories and tone all muscle groups.
