LOOKING FORWARD

Although our services expanded and changed due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we have been able to continue to provide services to students and meet them where they are. We made the switch to a hybrid model and have continued to use it, as it encourages students to reach out and seek services no matter where they are located, in-person in school and/or taking courses remotely due to medical needs.

Continue to enhance our services Improve student experience and ease of access to services/procedures Obtain software management support Promote our services with students and faculty The addition of the College of Law has given us the opportunity to work on adjusting our guidelines and procedures to match the needs for the upcoming 1st cohort students, as well as taking the opportunity to review and update them as needed. This will also provide the opportunity to add a new staff member to the office, who would be taking over the oversight of the Testing Center and serve as an integral part of the DSS services and processes. 12
