No experience needed Express franchisees don’t need staffing experience. ‘We have a worldclass training programme supported by a full team providing coaching, mentoring, marketing, sales and compliance advice,’ Mandy explains. ‘You’ll start with a team of two staff who handle recruitment, applications and co-ordination, and then grow from there, employing salespeople and additional staff as required.
