Lily James: Mamma Mia! Here We Go Again
SUMMER18
WELCOME
Five years. Yep, this summer that's how long we'll have been bringing you 'the glamour of the big screen'. We've enjoyed (almost) every minute of it, and would like to thank everyone for their support - from hard cash help to hard earned elbow grease, from guidance and advice to feet on the ground, from words of encouragement to all our great staff who have given their all - present and past thanks to each and every one of you. Now, enough of the schmaltz, lets talk about film. This July sees a couple of classics with Breakfast at Tiffany's and a 50th Anniversary screening of Stanley Kubrick's classic Sci-Fi 2001: A Space Odyssey, and an Indie classic in the making in Lean on Pete. August heats up with Solo: A Star Wars Story, Ocean's 8 and Sicario 2 with light relief in The Bookshop and Swimming with Men - plus the return of Incredibles 2. September brings the Wirksworth Festival to town and we're once more opening the fun with an outdoor screening; this time it's Blade Runner - perfect for a giant screen. Oh, and you might have heard they're making a sequel to that quite popular film set in Greece? The one with the Abba soundtrack? Mamma something... One for all you dancing queens!

Wirksworth is tucked away in the Derbyshire Dales, a bit off the beaten track - but that’s the way we like it. PLEASE DO NOT PARK ON NORTH END There is parking on Harrison Drive, at the railway station during the day and on the Market Place, Barmote Court (off Coldwell Street) and Wood Street car parks.
WIRKSWORTH
GOOD NEIGHBOURS North End is our favourite street in town. We live here, we work here, we tend to drink here too. That’s why we ask all our customers to help us minimise any disturbance on the street and help us be good neighbours. So if you arrive by car, we ask you not to park on North End itself, as lots of our neighbours rely on on-street parking. There’s plenty of parking elsewhere in town. If you smoke, we ask you to do so away from the cinema but also away from residential houses -
ACCESS there’s a handy bench across the road at the top of Greenway Croft. Finally, when you leave, please do so quietly as some of our neighbours are elderly and others have young children, who may have retired to bed by the time you leave.
Please let the Box Office know when booking tickets, should you need to reserve a wheelchair-user space. We have a hearing loop installed in the auditorium and are fully wheelchair accessible.
This will all help keep us in the good books with our neighbours - which is always a good thing. Thanks for your help!
