ABOUT OUR CLASSES

NEW TO CLASSES?

All our adult classes are drop-in classes, but they are pretty popular and so we recommend you book in advance.

We are here, Mon–Sat, to help you find the right class. Just call us and we’ll do our best to help. Info about what to wear and what to bring is on our website.

SUPPORT US

PRICES Classes are £5.50 each when bought individually. We also offer different passport options:

Dance is unique, as it is both exercise and an art form. As a registered charity, we strive to help everyone lead a healthier and more fulfilled life by experiencing and participating in dance. We work with all ages and help people manage debilitating health conditions such as Parkinson’s. If you would like to know more about or support the work we do, please visit our website, email our Fundraising Coordinator joanne@pdsw.org.uk or call her on 01202 203637.

5 Class Passport: Valid for 2 months for £27.50 (£5 per class). 10 Class Passport: Valid for 4 months for £45.00 (£4.50 per class). 15 Class Passport Valid for 6 months for £60 (£4 per class). This term there will be a slight increase in our adult class prices (as above, effective from 13 April), which will allow us to pay our teachers a well-deserved improved rate. However we hope you’ll agree that our prices are still highly competitive and offer excellent value, particularly with our Passport scheme that allows you to pay as little as £4 per class! Please ensure you book your classes within the passport time frame. Any queries, contact our Box Office on 01202 203630. Classes are one hour in length unless otherwise stated. Adult classes are suitable for both men and women of all ages over 16. Under 5s classes are 45 minutes long and £3.00 per child. Classes for 5–15 year olds are now paid on a termly basis. For our summer term this will be £56, which works out at £4 per class. Please note that the class timetable and prices are subject to change so please check our website for updates.

Registered Charity No. 1111641

HOW TO FIND US Pavilion Dance South West is located at the back of Bournemouth Pavilion, Westover Road. We are close to all major bus routes. Parking is available nearby at several car parks but can be limited when town gets busy and so please plan accordingly. As the Pavilion Car Park is often full (£2.50 for 2 hours), we recommend Central Car Park on Upper Hinton Road, BH1 2HH, which is a short walk away and £1 for 2 hours (prices correct at time of print. Please check www.bournemouth.gov.uk for updates).
