Cover Photo Images show a single-cavity, high-pressure aluminum die cast tool with advanced features that provide flexibility to produce multiple versions of parts, eliminate complex machining operations and improve part quality. The tooling is part of an all-new product line for a US-based commercial outdoor LED lighting fixture manufacturer. Using a domestic source for the tooling and the die cast parts was important to the manufacturer as part of its strategy to re-shore its supply chain.
