“W

e are in an age of transformation in almost every area of life whether it be society, politics, economics or entertainment, everything is evolving through the limitless communication of the social network.”

In 2004, “We the Media” written by “Dan Gillmor” shared that social media will someday overtake mass media because of its “real time” functionality allowing world consumers to receive information on an nearimmediate basis.

At that time no one seemed to believe him!! However, shortly after social media began to broadcast news media and became a “second path” to mass media that is faster than ever before.

Along with becoming the new main source of news media in the world, social media has also been able to have a drastic effect on the course of both social and political events.

Social media often directs the movement of various issues and situations proving it to be a truly powerful and influential source!!

Concerning politics specifically, the Egypt Model in 2014 is a great example of how social media such as YouTube, Facebook and Twitter was able to change major outcomes in the Middle East.

Online entertainment has also become a main source for social activities and a platform for easyaccess information, an attractive selling point in today’s ongoing world.

This is the power of the social network and its influence can always bring either a positive or negative impact though it may be a “virtual community” its effects are certainly sizable in the “real world” whether it be in mindset, belief, truths or lies.

In the virtual world or social network, “Rumors” from underlying intentions are often unbacked and can easily become a negative influence on society.

Giving the people easy access to and or post their belief or opinion can also turn the tables in any direction.

Nevertheless, it all comes down to us, the user, how will we use the social network this “double edged sword” to influence others?

Updated Foreign Labor Laws put on Temporary Hold

A

s of June 23rd, updated foreign labor laws were enforced against employers who hire foreign workers against regulations such as improper documentation or hiring foreigners into positions in which they are prohibited. For such actions, the employer will be fined up to 800,000 Baht per foreign worker hired. Also, in the case that the foreigner was trafficked to Thailand, the agent responsible will be imprisoned 10 years and fined 1 million Baht.

The major updates to the foreign labor laws mostly concern the fines charged to the employer.

Previously, fines charged to employers who hire employees without a work permit or hired foreigners into positions in which they are prohibitedwould be charged at a fixed fine regardless of the number of hired employees.

However, the update fines will charge by the number of illegally hired employees at a rate of 400,000 – 800,000 Baht per employee. As for hiring foreign employees in discordance with work permit documentation, the employer will be fined no more than 400,000 Baht per employee.

As for updated employee fines, foreigners working without a work permit will be imprisoned for up to 5 years and/or charged 2,000 – 100,000 Baht. Foreign employees with a required or expedited work status and no notification of registrar will be fined 20,000 – 100,000 Baht.

Foreign employees working in discordance with work permit documentation will be fined up to 100,000 Baht.

As for foreign labor control and the

prevention of human-trafficking in Thailand, employers who seize their employees work permit or documentation will be imprisoned up to 6 months and/or fined up to 100,000 Baht. Employers who trick foreigners into working in Thailand will be imprisoned for 3 – 10 years and/or fined 600,000 – 1,000,000 Baht per foreign worker. Employers who hire foreigners without the approval of the Director of the Department of Labor will be imprisoned 1 – 3 years and/or fined 200,000 – 600,000 Baht.

Lastly, systems have been established to aid those requesting an appeal such as foreign workers who take a loss due to their employer or agent not fulfilling their responsibilities according to law After the announcement of the updated foreign labor laws many business owners decided to lay off foreign workers holding positions prohibited to foreigners.

Also, many foreigners working in Thailand without a proper work permit have returned to their home country.

Most recently, to help solve the sudden decrease in foreign labor, Mr. Winthai Suwari the spokesman for the National Council for Peace and Order shared at a recent council 2 parts to the situation, that is temporary measures necessary to solve the loss of foreign management and how to aid businesses that have invested beyond the point of backing out. “ I a m st i l l uncertain as to whether the law has been finalized or as to what day it will be, but currently there is consideration towards allowing a temporary adaption period to allow those who are in discordance with the law to make things orderly. However, such a timeframe is still to be finalized.”

คน พร้ อมเอาผิดนายหน้ าค้ ามนุษย์ หลอกต่างด้ าว มาท�ำงานในไทย คุก 10 ปี ปรับ 1 ล้ านบาท ส�ำหรั บสาระส�ำคัญของ พ.ร.ก. ฉบับนี ้ คือ การเพิ่ ม โทษให้ มี อัต ราที่ สูง ขึ น้ โดยเฉพาะโทษ ปรับ “นายจ้ าง” จากเดิมหากกระท�ำผิดเกี่ยวกับ การจ้ า งงานแรงงานต่า งด้ า ว ไม่ว่า จะท�ำ ผิ ด ต่อ แรงงานต่า งด้ า วกี่ ค น จะนับ รวมเป็ น กรณี เ ดี ย ว แต่ พ.ร.ก.ฉบับนี ้ จะปรับนายจ้ างแยกตามจ�ำนวน แรงงานต่ า งด้ า วรายคน ท� ำ ให้ โ ทษสูง ขึ น้ เช่ น นายจ้ างที่จ้างต่างด้ าวท�ำงานที่ห้ามคนต่างด้ าวท�ำ หรื อรั บต่างด้ าวที่ไม่มีใบอนุญาตท�ำงาน หรื อรั บ ต่างด้ าวที่ไม่มีใบอนุญาตท�ำงานกับตนเข้ าท�ำงาน มีโทษปรับตังแต่ ้ 400,000 - 800,000 บาท ต่อคน ต่างด้ าวที่จ้าง 1 คน หรื อนายจ้ างให้ คนต่างด้ าว ท�ำงานไม่ตรงตามที่ก�ำหนดไว้ ในใบอนุญาต มีโทษ ปรับไม่เกิน 400,000 บาท ต่อต่างด้ าว 1 คน เป็ นต้ น ส่วนโทษของแรงงานต่างด้ าวก็มีเพิ่มขึ ้น เช่น คนต่างด้ าวท�ำงานโดยไม่ได้ รับอนุญาตให้ ท�ำงาน หรื อท�ำงานที่ห้ามคนต่างด้ าวท�ำ มีโทษจ�ำคุกไม่ เกิน 5 ปี หรื อปรับตังแต่ ้ 2,000 - 100,000 บาท หรื อทังจ� ้ ำทังปรั ้ บ คนต่างด้ าวที่ท�ำงานจ�ำเป็ นและ เร่ งด่วน แต่ไม่แจ้ งนายทะเบียน มีโทษปรับตังแต่ ้ 20,000 - 100,000 บาท คนต่างด้ าวท�ำงานแตก ต่างจากที่ก�ำหนดไว้ ในใบอนุญาต มีโทษปรั บไม่ เกิน 100,000 บาท ส� ำ หรั บ การคุ้ม ครองแรงงานต่ า งด้ า ว เพื่ อ ป้องกันการค้ ามนุษย์นนั ้ พบว่า หากนายจ้ างหรื อผู้ ใดยึดใบอนุญาตท�ำงาน หรื อเอกสารส�ำคัญประจ�ำ ตัวคนต่างด้ าว มีโทษจ�ำคุกไม่เกิน 6 เดือน หรื อปรับ ไม่เกิน 100,000 บาท หรื อทังจ� ้ ำทังปรั ้ บ ผู้ใดหลอก ลวงผู้อ่ืนว่าสามารถน�ำคนต่างด้ าว มาท�ำงานกับ นายจ้ างในประเทศ มีโทษจ�ำคุกตังแต่ ้ 3 - 10 ปี หรื อปรับตังแต่ ้ 600,000 - 1,000,000 บาท ต่อคน ต่างด้ าว 1 คน หรื อทังจ� ้ ำทังปรั ้ บ และผู้ใดประกอบ ธุรกิจน�ำคนต่างด้ าวมาท�ำงาน โดยไม่ได้ รับอนุญาต จากอธิ บดีกรมการจัดหางาน มีโทษจ�ำคุกตัง้ แต่ 1 - 3 ปี หรื อปรับตังแต่ ้ 200,000 - 600,000 บาท หรื อทังจ� ้ ำทังปรั ้ บ นอกจากนี ้ ยังเพิ่มกลไกการร้ องทุกข์และเข้ า ถึงช่องทางการร้ องทุกข์ส�ำหรับคนต่างด้ าวที่ได้ รับ ความเสียหายจากการที่นายจ้ างหรื อผู้รับอนุญาต ให้ น�ำคนต่างด้ าวมาท�ำงาน ไม่ปฏิบตั ิหน้ าที่ความ รับผิดชอบที่กฎหมายก�ำหนด หลังการประกาศใช้ พ.ร.ก.แรงงานต่างด้ าวฯ มีรายงานข่าวว่า มีผ้ ปู ระกอบการจ�ำนวนมากเลิก ว่าจ้ างแรงงานต่างชาติในกิจการที่ห้ามแรงงาน ต่างด้ าวท�ำเนื่องจากเห็นว่าบทลงโทษทางกฎหมาย โดยเฉพาะค่าปรับในอัตราสูง นอกจากนัน้ แรงงาน ต่างด้ าวที่ไม่มีใบอนุญาตท�ำงานที่ถกู ต้ องตามกฏ หมายเดินทางกลับประเทศเป็ นจ�ำนวนมาก ล่ า สุ ด เพื่ อ บรรเทาสถานการณ์ แ รงงาน ขาดแคลน พ.อ.วิ น ธัย สุว ารี โฆษกคณะรั ก ษา ความสงบแห่งชาติ (คสช.) เปิ ดเผยว่า ที่ประชุม คณะรักษาความสงบแห่งชาติ (คสช.) มีมติด้วยกัน 2 เรื่ องคือ มาตรการชัว่ คราวเพื่อแก้ ไขข้ อขัดข้ อง ใน การบริ หารจัดการการท�ำงานของแรงงานต่างด้ าว และการบรรเทาความเสียหายให้ กบั ประชาชนใน กรณีปลูกสร้ างอาคารหรือสิง่ อืน่ ใดทีล่ ว่ งลุกล� ้ำล�ำน� ้ำ "ผมยังไม่แน่วา่ ค�ำสัง่ ฝ่ ายกฎหมายจะสมบูรณ์ และประกาศวันไหนแต่ขณะนี ้มีการพูดถึงมาตรการ ชัว่ คราวเพือ่ ให้ มเี วลาปรับตัว เพือ่ ให้ แรงงานทีท่ ำ� ผิด กฎหมายไปด�ำเนินการให้ ถกู ต้ องส่วนระยะเวลาใน การขยายกรอบเวลานันให้ ้ รอดูที่ค�ำสัง่ อีกครัง้ หนึง่ ” พ.อ.วินธัยกล่าว Monthly Newspaper

“The Jewel”

Forest Park in Singapore Airport

L

imited land and resources have caused Singapore to build a name in artificial landscaping. Most recently they have begun the new construction of “The Jewel” a 35,000 sq.m building in the old parking garage of the Changi Airport.

“The Jewel” is designed to be a complete glass dome with a hole in the center similar to the shape of a donut. Inside holds 10 floors (5 underground/ 5 above ground) filled with shops, restaurants, hotels and even has subway train access.

The construction is set for completion in 2018 and is expected to service 85 million customers on an annual basis.

Indonesia sets tax on “Uber – Grab” Online Taxi Services

I

nsportation in Indonesia is preparing a tax on large online taxi businesses such as “Uber”, “Grab” and “GO-JEF”.

The tax is designed to help balance competition between online and local taxi service businesses.

The Ministry of Transportation stated the tax estimate for online taxi services will be around 3,500 – 6,000 rupia (9-15 baht) per kilometer in areas such as Chawa, Bali and Sumatra Indonesia.

The new tax was made affected on July 1st, 2017 and will be under government evaluation for the first 6 months.

In response, Uber shared with Reuter that their company hasn’t seen any official announcement of the new tax but is ready to help the government in any way necessary to create healthier business competition

that benefits both the taxi driver and the customer.

T

he Phuket people should know that the new Patong Chief of Police Mr. Olarikadetis in fact very familiar with Patong dealings since he was the former Patong Police Commander and therefore knows well what needs to be done. I myself as an entertainment businessman in Patong am proud to welcome and support him in his new role as the new Chief of Police.

Recently, one of the more serious topics noted has be that concerning tightened laws building heat in “touristy” locations on the Andaman side. Regarding this topic, the Patong area has already acted through the start of the “Local Watch Network Project” just last year. The project has been aimed towards building a safer Phuket through the efforts of the people and local communities.

Right now, the project has 70 members of which all lead their own branched operations.

Each branch is aimed towards providing the highest level of safety possible.

As for the “Bangla Rd” area, there is the “24 Hour Clean Bangla Team” which operates as the eyes and ears of the local police providing information regarding unusual activity in the area.

In addition, some are asking about the CCTV cameras that were just installed in the past year as to whether they have been affective or not.

The new Chief of police answered “Currently, the 3 km stretch of Patong Beachhas really been a weak point for surveillance coverage since trouble has often been reported right out on the beach as well.

I personally think that the “weak points” should be given much attention and be fixed as soon as possible in order to improve both safety and the assurance of the local people and tourists.

I then advised the Chief to consider asking for support from the Patong Municipality, we will just have to wait and see for results.

“The duty of the police is to uphold the law and in recent times entertainment businesses in Patong have been very involved in many cases such as prohibiting service to children and youth, antidrug abuse as well as public cleanliness and safety. All these acts though have truly been made possible through the partnership between the entertainment businesses, police and local authorities.”

Phuket Smart City Aims towards more Advanced Governing Technology

“P

huket hurries the start of a CCTV command room to operate 3,500 serveillance cameras all over the island. CCTV cameras will be used to not only maintain public safety but help with traffic control, nature conservation and pollution control as well.” Said Gov. Plodthong Mr. Naraphat Plodthong the Governor of Phuket shared regarding Phuket’s progress towards reaching a Smart City standard stating that Phuket plans to be at such a standard come 2020. Installing the necessary technological advancements on a public scale will help improve safety for both locals and tourists by improving public awareness to various dangers or disasters through advanced public signing signals.

Phuket Authorities have surveyed the island and estimated a total 3,500 surveillance cameras necessary for fullpublic coverage.

Currently, the number of installed public CCTV is at a little over 2,000 cameras with 1,200 owned by government and around 900 privately owned. Therefore, to complete the Smart City standard, Phuket will need to install about 1,500 more cameras.

However, the first step in moving forward to the Smart City Standard will be the start of a command room tomonitor and control the CCTV network. The command room is run by the Smart City Project under the NECTEC

group and currently has already connected 499 cameras into the command room network and plans to have all 2,000 cameras on the island connected soon.

Phuket was chosen by the Ministry of Digital Economy and Soceity (MDE) to lead the start of Smart City Advancements in Thailand.

Smart City advancement include 7 areas of development including Smart Economy, Smart Tourism, Smart Safety, Smart Environment, Smart Healthcare, Smart Education and Smart Governance.

overnment Officials take Old Town Tour to Promote Phuket Tourism Mr. Naraphat Plodthong the Governor of Phuket, Mrs. Siwaporn Chuawat a Deputy Governor of Phuket and highranking affiliated government officials took a trip to survey the old town community in downtown Phuket.

The government leader’s trip spent time seeing the Chinese background, traditions and culture at the old town museum in the “Tiamchu” home on Krabi street. They tried the local snacks and treats and toured the old fashioned architecture in the streets. They even visited the I 46 Shop known for its metal working legend in Phuket. The leaders finished their trip with a Hokkien dinner at the “Baba” noodle shop.

Phuket is a tourism town attracting visitors from all over the world to experience its unique culture and beautiful sights. The tourism industry here has been able to push the economy forward to new heights through the supply of foreign revenue and community job opportunity that allows everyone to have a part in the growth of the town into a world class tourism city.

“Thai Day” Organized by TAT Moscow Offices Exceeds Expectations

U

amporn Jiraganwisal the Director of the Tourism Authority of Thailand Moscow Offices in Russia shared that recently the Offices held a “Thai Day” at the Cultural Center in Novosibirsk, the third most economically influential city in Russia.

The event provided a wide range of Thai exhibits including Thai food, massage, boxing, flower arrangements and Thai shows. In addition, those joining “Thai Day” were able to check out Thai tour package and Thai festival trip sales.

Mr. Jiraganwisal shared that considering that it was

the first opening the event was a great success. The number of attendees counted in the 100s which far exceeded the intended goal. The purpose of the event was to inform Russians that they can tour Thailand all year around.

This year, we expect Russian tourists to enter Thailand at no less than 1,250,000 people or 15% of the Russian tourist numbers. Most Russian tourists often travel during the late and early year periods to avoid the cold winter in Russia. Mr. Jiraganwisal said

Korat Airport Ready to First Postal Stamp of the 10th King Printed fly at the end of 2017

n June 14th, The Thai Postal Service Co Ltd revealed the first postal stamp of the 10th King to be ready for pre-order at 10 baht a piece. The stamp original print count is 1 million and is colored yellow in accordance with both the 9th and 10th King’s color. Official sales will begin on July 28th this year.

inistry of Transportation gave a progress update on the Korat Airport in Nakorn Rachasima sharing that the new airport is set to be finished and ready to fly commercially at the end of this year 2017.

Currently the airport is ready to open commercial flights for just two airlines including Nok Air and AirAsia. The airlines plan to open flights to both Chiang Mai and Phuket but are still in the process of planning flight routes and schedules for such locations.

Dept of Forestry Inspects Phuket Zipline Businesses

ecently, Mr. Chonthit Suratwadee the Director of the Department of Forestry and department staff have inspected 4 different zipline businesses in Phuket. Inspection results showed that 3 of the zipline locations are likely on nature reserve land while the other location is within farming land boundaries.

Mr. Suratwadee explained that any business located on government land must first ask government permission before using the land for any benefit.

Though there has been no harm done to the trees on the land, the zipline businesses are making profit off the land and therefore the department of Forestry must continue to investigate the case to gather necessary evidence.

เมื่อเร็ วๆ นี ้ นายชลธิ ศ สุรัสวดี อธิ บดีกรมป่ าไม้ พร้ อมด้ วยก� ำลังเจ้ าหน้ าที่สงั กัดกรมป่ าไม้ เข้ าตรวจ สอบการประกอบการธุรกิจซิปไลน์ 4 รายในพื ้นทีจ่ งั หวัด ภูเก็ต ผลการตรวจสอบพบว่า มีอยู่ 3 รายที่นา่ จะอยูใ่ น พื ้นที่ป่าสงวนแห่งชาติ และอีก 1 ราย อยูใ่ นเขตปฎิรูป ที่ดนิ เพื่อการเกษตร นายชลธิศ กล่าวว่า พื ้นที่ป่าไม้ ซงึ่ เป็ นที่ดินของรัฐ การเข้ าใช้ ประโยชน์ใดๆ ต้ องขออนุญาต เพราะฉะนัน้ ถ้ าใครเข้ าไปท�ำประโยชน์ในที่ดนิ ของรัฐ แต่ไม่มีการขอ อนุญาตก็จะเป็ นความผิด กรณีของซิปไลน์ แม้ วา่ จะไม่มี การตัดต้ นไม้ แต่เป็ นการเข้ าไปใช้ ประโยชน์ทแี่ สวงหาผล ประโยชน์โดยส่วนตน ก็ต้องมีการตรวจสอบเพื่อด�ำเนิน คดี ซึง่ ทางกรมป่ าไม้ จะท�ำการรวบรวมพยานหลักฐาน ส่งให้ พนักงานสอบสวนด�ำเนินคดีตอ่ ไป.

New Tax Set for Online Sales Thailand leads the

“Social Media Shopping” Rankings

r. PrasongPhuntanet the President of the Revenue Dept. shared that during the month of June the laws for online or electronically processed business known as “e-commerce” are under final revision and will be soon affective.

Mr. Phuntanet stated that the main focus of the laws mentioned are to affectively tax online business as well as all domestic money transfers on allnew typesof financial platforms. Though some business owners may be stationed outside of Thailand, if operations still exist within the country then the business must be taxed just as local businesses are.

The method of taxation will be undergone by the Financial institution where the business owner will pay 5% to the Revenue Department for sales or transfers through an online platform. The tax rate has been considered based on the high worth of online businesses which falls in the millions. Current taxed online transactions include airline ticket purchases, all private and public online purchases while

new laws will tax newer platforms such as Facebook commercial sales, google, line and Uber taxies etc.

ecent world retail survey resultsrevealed that Thailand ranked number 1 for most online purchases through social media at 51% of the country’s population. On a world scale, online shopping makes up 80% of the worlds shopping due to its convenience and cheap pricing.

Sira Intornkamtornchai the CEO and shareholder of PricewaterhouseCoopers Thailand (PwC) a world-renowned consultant group revealed the PwC’s Total Retail 2016 survey results based on information from 23,000 online shoppers from 25 different countries. The survey was designed to gather statistics on retail consumers who make their purchases through online shopping platforms or social media. The survey results placed Thailand at number 1 with 51% of its population shopping online, India at second with 31% and China at 27%. As for total online shopping statistics, numbers showed 78% of the worlds population are influenced by online shopping in some way or another.

The statistics revealed by the PwC survey are likely due to the both the high convenience and price rate offered by the service. Online shopping platforms are accessible by phone allowing most anyone to quickly and easily view and compare product pricing on an international level.

Another major cause for the increase of online shopping is the overall increase in national internet usage from last year nearly doubling. According to We Are Social in January 2016, on a total population scale of 68.05 million, there were 38 million social media users 34 of which used social media by phone.

merald Creek bamboo rafting is a wonderful rainy season experience that anybody should try with their family at least once in their lives.

Take a leisurely float down the beautiful Nang Yon creek in KuraburiPhang Nga and meet with the happy locals that have lived there for generations. The creek’s shimmering green water flows abundantly from far mountains bringing life to the local villages. The locals give much value to the clean watersince it is a big part of their livelihood in farming.

The creek is especially vital to the locals during dry and hot season since it continues to bring sufficient water for the family.

Locals therefore give much importance to preserving the creek and educating their young to continue such tradition.

Since the main industry in the area is rubber tree farming, locals must rely on the creek to water the trees. Locals work hard to make a living and provide for their families and this greatly depends on the produce of the rubber trees. Also, the abundance of bamboo is commonly used to help locals make a living and that’s why you will see bamboo used in serving food to give the meal a more natural appeal.

“P

astor, the results came out positive. My wife has breast cancer.” When a congregation member broke this news to me one Sunday morning, I was speechless. What could I possibly say to comfort my friend in light of this bitter news? After a moment of silence, I quickly remembered the words that most comforted me when my own wife was diagnosed with breast cancer. And so with a level voice, I replied, “I want you to know that I’m here for both of you, no matter what.” He wore the same expression of gratitude that I had worn years before when a friend encouraged me with those identical words What a blessing it is to read in 2 Corinthians 1:3 that “God is our merciful Father and the source of all comfort.” Most of us know this is true and have experienced this comfort firsthand. But that’s not the end of the story. What we often overlook is that after we receive the comfort of God, we are to pass that same comfort on to others who are suffering: “He comforts us in all our troubles so that we can comfort others” (2 Corinthians 1:4). The comfort of God isn’t the end of the process. We’re blessed by God so that we might be a blessing to others.

I have to admit that I often view the comfort of God selfishly—as a special gift that God grants to me so that I alone might be strengthened in the midst of hardship. But when I do this, I’m limiting the full power of God’s consolation. The comfort of God is so abundant and powerful that not only does it encourage me in my own time of need, but it also equips me to become a comforter to others. By God’s love and power, may we be comforters today.

Nemo Dolphins Bay Phuket

emo Dolphins Bay Phuket is the first and only Dolphin and Seal Show in Phuket. The show is located on Pa Lai Rd before the Phuket Zoo. Those visiting the Nemo Dolphins Bay Phuket will first find tickets at the ticket counter and be able to take a walk around the exhibit before the show starts. The park has three show times at 11:00am, 2:00pm and 5:00pm closing only on Monday. Each show is about 45-50 minutes long but we recommend to come out 30 minutes early so you’ll have the chance take photos of the exhibit.

Show tickets include 3 seating rates including the premium 500 BahtVIP front row seating where you’re sure to get wet and perhaps even a seal kiss. The second seating rate is Deluxe at 400 Baht for a slightly less wet experience.

The third and last rate is regular seating at 300 Baht for those

who wish to get an upper deck view and dry experience. Those interested will also get the chance to take photos and even a swim with the dolphins and seals after the show.

The show is certainly one to remember with incredible feats performed by the dolphins. One of the most outstanding acts is when the dolphin trainer propels from the water standing atop the dolphins for an “Ironman” like display.

But the fun doesn’t end just there, those who purchase photo or swim tickets can take the event to the next level with a close up dolphin experience! However, such tickets go fast as only 10 spots are available per show.

Music Therapy Training 2017

T

he Phuket Provincial Hospital held its annual training program under the title “Our Musical Ability” for the elderly and disabled.

The patients were cared for at the event by both health care volunteers and loved ones in Tukkae Village and ThaReua joining together at a total of 45 people. The aim of the event was to use music therapy to aid the patients on a physical, mental and emotional level by administering social dynamics and life value through music.

The patients were given the opportunity to listen to music, sing, play along and even dance as a part of general music therapy practice.
