MAPS Season Begins September 13 by Tom Clark-Jones

In September of this month, Friday the 13th should turn out to be a very lucky day for those who join us to hear our former Organ Scholar, Chelsea Barton play a recital on the Pine Street organ. That evening, Chelsea opens the 2013 – 2014 season of Music at Pine Street with a recital featuring mostly French organ repertoire, a repertoire that plays very well on this instrument! Chelsea first came to the attention of Pine Street music lovers when she became our Organ Scholar in the fall of 2008, when she began playing See MAPS on page 2
