Renewal of an existing Englehart home commissioned by the same owner 15 years prior has delivered stunning results thanks to Englehart’s dedication to design, quality and value.

he owner’s brief included a new façade and a complete interior make over to bring it up to the latest luxury standard. A new neoclassical façade sets the scene for dramatic changes throughout that include a glazed foyer with an elliptical ceiling drawing the eye to a showroom for the owner’s Ferrari (also on view from a new study); and a new loggia and pool to optimise outdoor enjoyment and entertainment. Existing rooms and internal walls were integrated to create new light-filled spaces that incorporate all modern conveniences and are finished to the highest standard.
