Location: All trips depart from East Portland Community Center—740 SE 106th Avenue, unless otherwise noted. If participant is using the TriMet lift, please call us with their lift times.

Personal Aide: If you are bringing your own assistant, we need to know their name and they will need to fill out a form to register (at no charge).

Participant Expectations: Participants must be able to follow directions, stay with the group, and follow PP&R’s Code of Conduct and the Personal Care Policy. Register for two trips per session. Call back on September 13 to register for more session A trips (October 2–November 5), October 19 to register for more session B trips (November 6–December 29).

Let's Find the Giant Pumpkin

Enjoy the fall breeze and feel the crunch of the dry leaves under your feet. It is harvest time again, so we are traveling out to Lee farm to look for that special pumpkin, go on a hay ride, check out the corn maze, and then pet the animals. Note: The cost of this trip includes the admission to the farm. Bring: $25 for lunch and tip at a local restaurant and any spending money for the stores. Mobility Rating: This game is not accessible for mobility devices.

Mt Hood Loop—Fall Foliage

Enjoy a scenic drive around the mountain to see the beautiful colors as the leaves turn. Our first stop will be at Packer Orchards to purchase fruit or cookies. As we continue around the mountain we will be stopping at Timberline Lodge to check out the views and enjoy our sack lunches, before we head back to the center. Note: We will be getting on and off the bus and the weather will be changing as we go around the mountain. Bring: A sack lunch, money for a cookie and any fruit that you may want to purchase. Don't forget some type of jacket. Mobility Rating: This trip is wheelchair accessible.
