Biddy Ball League: With Coach Earl

Come discover the importance of social skills in sports rather than competition. Shooting, passing, dribbling and coordination skills will be practiced. Participants end up with invaluable skills. 8-ft hoops used.

Tae Kwon Do—For Everybody

Age 7 & up

Join over 40 million people who practice this Korean martial art. Increase agility and strength while improving coordination using kicks, punches and blocks. Parents, children and families are welcome.

Skateboarding—Flatground Basics

Put your deck to good use in an introduction to ollie and flip tricks. Work on carving, turning and manuals while setting and reaching goals through skill-focused coaching.

Sports Start—Bubbles, Balls and Beanbags

Age 18 mo-3

Bounce! Throw! Toss! Kick! Unleash that excess energy in a constructive environment. Engage in independent and group games while developing color recognition, adult/child communication, hand-eye coordination and large motor skills. Get into the ‘sphere’ of fun!
