Develop your pickleball skills and fundamentals in our classes. Sessions will include coaching, recreational play, technical instruction, drills and rallies. Prerequisite: Intro to Pickleball or similar experience for beginner class. Beginner

Explore this joyful dance style to increase agility and coordination. Develop a foundation in classical technique while gaining music knowledge and arts appreciation.

Develop and improve fundamentals including ball handling, shooting techniques and defensive skills while improving endurance, flexibility and strength. Learn special strategies, basic plays and develop a teamwork mentality.

Put your deck to good use by working on carving, turning and manuals while setting and reaching goals through skillfocused coaching.

Hip Hop Just For Teens

Age 12-18

Ya don’t stop! Get on with the groove thing to the rhythm of the ‘boogety’ beat. Learn all the fly moves!

Funk and Hip Hop

Age 6-11

Have fun breaking a sweat while learning foundational styles of hip hop dance with instructor Keera (pictured above). Work on hip hop-based footwork, learn how to articulate the joints and muscles in our body, and put together exciting choreography.
