AARP Smart Driver Course

Age 50 & up

The AARP Smart Driver Course is one of many programs offered by AARP Driver Safety. It’s the nation’s largest classroom and online driver safety course and it’s designed especially for drivers age 50 and older. Become a smarter, more confident driver today and you could save money on auto insurance. Bring cash or check payment to the first class: $20 for AARP members, $25 for non-members.

Get smart about new vehicle technology with an AARP Smart Driver TEK workshop. Smart Driver TEK is a 90-minute workshop offering an interactive way to stay up to date with the latest safety technology in your current or future car. Learn all about what new technologies are available, how they work, and how they can improve your peace of mind on the road. This class is free for AARP members and non-members!

Aging and Balance

Legacy Health Trauma Nurses Talk Tough will lead this free three-part workshop to help you stay injury-free. They will go in depth on topics such as brain health, causes of falls, and safety in the home and community. Attendance to all three classes is encouraged, but not required.
