Yuletide Tea at Newell House

Celebrate the holiday season within the decked halls of the historic Newell House. This annual Yuletide Tea features a fourcourse meal and live music hosted in the dining room. The home is decorated for the holidays. Program fee includes the cost of tea. Please note that special dietary restrictions cannot be accommodated at this site.

Historic Albany Carousel and Lunch

Admire the craftsmanship of the recentlycompleted Historical Carousel and Museum where volunteer carvers have restored a 1909 Dentzel mechanism to carousel glory. Pick your favorite animal and take a ride! We'll then have lunch in historic downtown Albany. Fee includes carousel ride. Bring money for a late lunch.

This class will expand on what has been learned in the Adult Beginning Class and players will work on developing more consistency across all strokes.

This class will build on the basics, reinforcing technique, adding advanced drills and learning how to play doubles.

Portland Parks & Recreation’s fitness program offers a wide-range of amenities and classes for all levels. Access to the fitness center is included with daily admission. Open for drop-in during regular business hours.

Personal Training

Personal training gives you the opportunity to find real, achievable goals and to meet those goals in a safe and timely manner. All PP&R Personal Trainers are certified by accredited organizations and are trained to work with individuals of all fitness levels and abilities. Stop by or call your community center to get started!

Individual Personal Training

Make an appointment with a personal trainer, who will oversee your progress and hold you accountable. Our excellent personal training staff will motivate you to make a fresh start, or reach a new level in your fitness.

Group Personal Training

Set-up a personal training session with a friend or two. Small group training is a great way to stay motivated, workout with your friends, and save money!
