LAP SWIM

For those of all skills and abilities who wish to swim laps to improve or maintain fitness. Great for cardiorespiratory fitness. Swim at your own pace or enjoy camaraderie of working-out with others. Number of lanes varies. Check your local pool schedule for Lap Swim times.

Water Fitness Classes

AquaPower: This class uses buoyant and resistance equipment to provide an excellent cardiovascular workout with zero impact! AquaPower is designed for all levels. Participants should be comfortable in deep water.

Aquaerobics: This class takes place in the shallow pool and focuses on cardiovascular fitness with special attention to strength and flexibility. All fitness and swimming levels are welcome!

Aqua Yoga: This class brings yoga to the warm pool. There is no gravity and the water will take pressure off your joints. It will develop strength, static balance and will increase overall range of motion.

Aqua Zumba: Dance your way into fitness! Achieve long term benefits while experiencing an absolute blast in our pool with exciting calorie-burning, body energizing movements meant to engage and captivate life!

S.M.I.L.E.: Slower Movement Intensity

Lowered Exercise, ages 60 & up. This shallow class focuses on improving circulation, strength, range of motion, and flexibility through low impact exercise.
