PORTMEIRION events programme January - March 2018 www.portmeirion-village.com #YearofSea

2018 - YEAR OF THE SEA Portmeirion is blessed with one of Wales' best beaches. To celebrate Wales’ outstanding coastline, we are inviting visitors to discover new experiences all around our shores in 2018. From exploring the hidden caves of White Sands Bay and ‘sailing’ on the Amis Reunis to singing shanties in our sound hut and tasting local seafood in the hotel’s fine dining restaurant, Portmeirion is awash with sea themed activities this year. Stay in the know by following us on Facebook and Twitter. Mid Jan – Dec 2018 LIFE’S A BEACH Celebrate the Sea with a Sense of Sound Nothing beats being beside the sea, which is why Portmeirion village is inviting visitors to share their coastal memories in a specially designed beach hut. The colourful creation, set in front of the Dwyryd Estuary, is a mini sound booth created by Human League founder Martyn Ware. It records sea themed stories, songs and poetry. Contribute and become part of the digital story. Free after entry. Jan 27, 2018 HELLO HEALTH!
