ADMISSION BIDEC is open to Official Delegations, Exhibitors’ Guests, VIPs, Ministry of Defence visitors (Bahrain and overseas), Media and Trade visitors. Anyone wishing to attend the exhibition (including those who have been invited by an exhibitor) must be securityapproved before entering. All persons attending the exhibition should carry a personal photographic identity document. Visitors may be asked to show their identity at any time, and organisers reserve the right to refuse entry or to request any person to leave the venue without stating a reason. No person under the age of 18 years will be admitted during the exhibition period.

There will be information counters located in the entrance of Hall 1 and on the Clarion Events Stand in Hall 2 where you will be able to find all general show information, event schedule and shuttle bus timings.
FIRST AID / MEDICAL There is a medical centre is located at the back right hand side of Hall 1, with an ambulance on 24 hour standby. There will also be medical facilities at the off-site activity locations. If you have any issues, please visit the Organisers Office at the front of Hall 1.

OFF-SITE ACTIVITIES In addition to the exhibition and conference, there are several off-site activities taking place around Bahrain during BIDEC, including indoor and outdoor shooting demonstrations, warship display, sniper shooting and night shooting demonstrations. TOILETS Toilets are conveniently located around the edge of both halls.

RESTAURANT FACILITIES There are cafe facilities in both halls. For dining options, The Food Court along with the Delegation Lounge (strictly for those with Official Delegation badges only) are in Hall 2.
TAXIS There will be local taxis available at the front of the Hall 2. Uber is also freely available in Bahrain.

BIDEC OFF-SITE ACTIVITIES Once again, BIDEC showcases some unique Off-Site Activities, held across different locations in Bahrain. Shuttle buses will operate between the exhibition centre and the off-site activity locations. The shuttle bus collection points can be found outside the main entrance in Hall 1. Visitors must have their BIDEC badge on them at all times in order to access the Off-Site Activities.
SHOOTING DEMONSTRATIONS Military personnel will have the chance to test new firearms and ammunition on a purpose-built indoor and outdoor shooting range on Bahrain National Guard grounds.
