The Wellness Center is located on the ground floor (across from the bowling alley). We have state-of-the-art cardiovascular machines, new pneumatic strength training equipment and a HUR balance trainer. Staffed with trained personnel Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.

Wissahickon Trail (Meet at main entrance, sign up required on trip list) Walk off campus at a local park with fellow residents. Recommended only for those who are independent walkers. Sneakers, hat, sunscreen, sunglasses and water strongly recommended.
