Located in the Freemasons Cultural Center, the Baird Wellness Center offers an array of cardiovascular and strength equipment, functional training, personal training and group fitness classes. Massage therapy and wellness workshops on mind, body and spirit are also offered.
Call ext. 15699 or 717-361-5699 to register. This program will address three aspects of your life: Normal Eating, Energy/Activity and Relaxation/ Life Balance. We will set goals for each area, so you have a plan to make the changes you want.
Open daily, from 5 a.m. – 9 p.m. Staff are available Mon. – Fri., 7 a.m. – 6 p.m. Group exercise classes are broadcasted on MVTV Monday through Friday in the morning.
