LARRY CHERUBINO WINES WESTERN AUSTRALIA AD HOC WINES Ad Hoc is a variety of wines sourced from the best grapes in the Western Australian region. PEDESTAL WINES Situated next to the ocean and on the edge of a national park the Pedestal Vineyard grapes are aged for 20 years and sit at the highest point of the Wilyabrup Valley. Unlike most vineyards, Pedestal Vineyard is south facing, because of this the vineyard doesn’t get to absorb the afternoon sunshine which means the fruit takes longer to develop resulting in more delicate and intense Cabernets. The cumulus wine range is grown and produced in the highest, sunniest and largest cool climate wine region in Australia. This creates a medium bodied wine. The fruit flavour is prevalent therefor creating crisp and bright flavour. Their high acidity makes them the perfect wines to accompany any food. • Block 50 is proud of the sustainable practices they use to produce their wines. Including using technology to improve soil health, reducing water use, using sheep to minimise weeds between the rows and planting trees throughout the vineyard. THOMAS GOSS WINES - SOUTH AUSTRALIA
Thomas Goss was one of the original pioneers of Austrlia. After he's success in the Victorian gold mines he established an exemplary farming property, Ingleburne, which is now the home to some of McLaren Vale region's leading vineyards. To pay tribute to Thomas Goss, in 2010, to celebrate the anniversary of his birth, they released a range of affordable McLaren Vale red wines and Adelaide Hills white wines under the Thomas Goss label.
