What professional accomplishment are you most proud of?

The great re-shuffling of talent affected our firm greatly in 2021. I am most proud of how we spent the year and a half after recruiting, retaining, and building our team to be stronger than ever. Being creative and intentional about developing a team to best match with our clients has proved to be rewarding. Ultimately, it is great feeling to be investing in the right people.

What words of wisdom would you offer young women just beginning their insurance careers?

Don’t be shy to lean into your natural talents and explore where that takes you in our industry. I see women shy away from sales or producer roles because they aren’t certain if the pressure is for them. Most women in service roles fail to recognize the power they hold in the sales process. Don’t let fear or intimidation keep you from shining in a role that brings you fulfillment.
