Stepping away from a traditional sales-focused viewpoint has allowed our agency to create a collaborative and respectful environment, which has ultimately yielded a positive experience for our team, policyholders, and referral partners.

What words of wisdom would you offer young women just beginning their insurance careers?

The old adages of education, networking, and mentorship remain true. It’s also important to advocate for yourself and your clients, prioritize your mental health, and throw away old practices that aren’t working. Lastly, join and support your local “girl gang.” There is a huge network of us out here who are rooting for your success – find your people!
