About Kids For All Seasons Children up to the age of 13 will enjoy our professionally organized Kids For All Seasons (KFAS) programs, located in the Kids For All Seasons studio at the Sports Club. Offering approximately 2,000 square feet (186 square metres) of indoor play area, the program is supervised by childcare specialists who are over the age of 18 and certified in CPR. Amenities include: Arts and Crafts Projects, Wii Gaming System, Skee Ball, Board Games, Sports Activities, Imaginary Play Centers, Fenced Playground and Indoor/ Outdoor Pools.
Infant & Toddler Care Ages: 8 weeks – 17 months Infant and Toddler Care An hourly drop in care center and nursery designed around your childs enjoyment. Hours of Operation for Infant Care: 8 weeks – 6 months Summer Hours: Monday, Tuesday & Thursday 8:30a.m. – 10:00a.m. 2:30p.m. – 4:00p.m. Wednesday & Friday 2:30p.m. – 4:00p.m. Saturday & Sunday 1:00p.m. – 3:00p.m.
Winter Hours: Monday, Tuesday & Thursday 8:30a.m.– 10:00a.m. 2:00p.m. – 4:00p.m. Wednesday & Friday 8:30a.m. – 9:30a.m. 2:00p.m. – 4:00p.m. Saturday & Sunday 1:00p.m. – 3:00p.m.
Kids’ Night In Think date night for Mom and Dad! Our Kids’ Night In features dinner, themed activities such as pajama parties, birthday parties and adventure nights. Kids’ Night In takes place from 6:00p.m. — 9:30p.m. every Friday night. The program is also offered on Saturdays from June through August. Fee applicable. Ages: 3 — 13 years Winter Hours: Friday nights | September - May 6:00p.m. — 9:30p.m. Summer Hours: Friday and Saturday nights | June - August 6:00p.m. — 9:30p.m.
Birthday Parties at the Sports Club The Kids For All Seasons team coordinates wonderful customized birthday parties, incorporating a range of themes and venues! To learn more about our birthday party packages please contact KFAS Director, Jill Gellepes at (972) 717-2543.
Reservations • Advanced reservations are required, and can be made up to two days prior. • Space is based on availability. • Walk-ins are assessed a $5.00 service fee. • 24-hour cancellation policy. • Emergency contact and phone number must be provided.
Policies and Procedures • KFAS allows a child (Ages 6 months — 5 years) to stay in care a maximum of 4 hours unless a parent is playing golf or child is participating in Parents Day Out Programs. • Parents must remain on property unless their child is participating in a program that permits otherwise. • Sports Club Members may bring a child guest, but the member must be present to sign the child in and out of the facility and an outside guest fee will be assessed.
