Ladies and Gentlemen; The Patio Expansion Project is only two days away. I am very pleased and impressed with the level of participation and enthusiasm. Many members have contributed to the project through monetary donations and auction items. Reaching the goal of $300,000 is within reach at this time. Many of you have inquired about bidding on the auction items remotely as you are unable to attend. You will be able to do so electronically up until 2:00PM this Friday. Zack will coordinate the process which will be done through email (zbates@shadycanyongolfclub.com). m). Doing live call in bids is simply too m difďŹ cult to coordinate in a fair manner. I would suggest that if you are that keen on getting that special item; partner with an attendee and get connected by cell phone for real time bidding. We will have both live auction items and silent auction items, please do not hesitate to call with any questions on any of the items listed. I expect some last minute items as well; we will provide updates as they come in.
