What trends do you see developing with regard to home remodeling, especially with kitchens and bathrooms? Open concept kitchens are the big trend with easy-to-clean surfaces and lots of storage.
What’s one piece of advice you would advocate to homeowners before they begin a project? Look at the full scope of the project and try to make all the key decisions early on, including setting a realistic budget, before getting started.
Kitchen islands are also huge, serving as cooking, gathering, and entertainment spaces. Plus, we’re seeing an increased preference for wood finishes.
