What are the greatest challenges you face in your work? My biggest challenges are getting workers to come to work and scheduling projects because demand is so unpredictable
Describe a recent project you’re particularly proud of. What made it so satisfying? I installed all-new flooring and two new sets of steps and bannisters in a two-story house. It all looked great when it was finished.
What’s one piece of advice you would advocate to clients (homeowners) before they begin a project? Do their research up front to determine what they can actually afford to do.
