Catering options range from canape through to three-course seated dinners however the true magic happens when the Event Specialist sits with couples and listens to how they would like to remember their wedding and adjusts the catering to meet their vision. If the couple choose to have a Clyde Park wedding cake, they partake in a complimentary cake-tasting session to work on flavours and design. The Clyde Park team are truly dedicated in being an extension of the couple’s family for this special occasion in providing great food and wine. Clyde Park is constantly evolving to create further options for our couples with the exclusive Vue Marquee launching in Spring 2022. Sitting on the edge of the valley – including a ceremony location – this is truly a unique way to celebrate your day. The marquee will seat 300 people or 400 people for a cocktail wedding. It is so exciting to see this new location take shape.

MOJITO
8 mint leaves ½ lime, cut into 4 wedges 2 Tbsp sugar 3 Tbsp white rum (or to taste) ½ cup soda water Ice, to serve
Place mint and lime in a tall glass and mix together. Add the sugar and mix until dissolved. Fill ¾ glass with ice. Pour over the rum, then top up with soda water. Stir to combine.

APPLE CIDER MIMOSA
2 Tbsp granulated sugar 1 Tbsp ground cinnamon 1 cup apple cider 1 bottle prosecco or Champagne
On a small plate, combine sugar and cinnamon. Dip champagne flutes in water to wet rims, then dip in cinnamon sugar mixture. Fill champagne flutes 1/4 full with apple cider, then top off with champagne or prosecco.

MANGO DAIQUIRI
60ml vodka 60ml rum 1 mango, fresh or frozen 1 cup ice cubes
Peel and cube mango and place in blender. Add rum, vodka, and ice. Blend until smooth, slush-like consistency.
WINTER
SALTED CARAMEL ESPRESSO MARTINI
Tbsp store-bought caramel 50ml espresso, cooled 50ml Kahlua 100ml vodka
Place caramel, espresso and a pinch of salt flakes in a cocktail shaker and stir until caramel has dissolved. Add Kahlua and vodka, top with ice and shake until combined and frothy. Strain mixture and divide between two chilled martini glasses and top with finely grated chocolate.

Butleigh Farm has been our family home for 17 years and when we first saw the property we knew it was where we wanted to raise our family. It was country living but within close proximity to Geelong. One day our niece asked if she and her fiancé could be married at Butleigh Farm. We were surprised at first as this was just our home and our paddocks but once preparations began and their wedding day unfolded it was more spectacular than we could have ever dreamed. Our property speaks for itself and when viewed, people usually know what they want. We are open to all requests and will do our best to cater to your needs. The residence looks over a stunning valley and creek on 40 acres and has a large, flat, grassed area available – perfect for a marquee up to 30 metres in length. A beautiful front lawn area is surrounded by tall trees and an 1854 bluestone cottage which you are free to hire and decorate however you choose. Let your adventure begin.

Specialising in intimate weddings of up to 100 people, the hotel and grounds accommodate your ceremony and reception all in one place. There are multiple areas to choose to host your ceremony including the waterfront courtyard or the hedged conservatory courtyard, along with the stunning glass roofed conservatory as a wet weather option. Drinks and canapes are enjoyed in the conservatory courtyard and then the formal sit-down part of the evening is held in the grand dining hall complete with marble fireplace and chandeliers. Not just a BYO Bar, Little Happy Hut is fully licensed offering premium beers and ciders on tap. With five star, good old-fashioned service from initial enquiry to your event, a seamless service is guaranteed. Being mobile, Little Happy Hut can bring the party to wherever your special day is and whether it be a BYO Bar or a catered beverage option – or a mix of the two – a flexible approach is offered.
