PICKLEBALL BASICS FOR BEGINNERS AGES 18+ You can POACH, but don’t get PICKLED!! Stay out of the KITCHEN unless there is a bounce!! Are you new to the fastest growing sport of Pickleball or are you looking to improve your game or challenge the competition? We have many opportunities for you! Pickleball is a fun and dynamic combination of tennis, ping-pong, and badminton. It is played on a badminton-sized court with a net slightly lower than a tennis net. In this introductory class you will learn the fundamentals of movement, strokes and the rules, all while catching the fever of the magic pickleball. The course will be held indoors. Participants should wear comfortable clothing and court shoes. All other equipment provided. USTA PRE-SCHOOL TENNIS AGES 3-5 The US Tennis Association, Mid Atlantic Section (USTA-MAS) is providing introductory tennis sessions to preschoolers. The program utilizes smaller court sizes, modified tennis equipment, and fun game-based activities to keep kids engaged while they learn the fundamentals of tennis. All equipment is provided; however, students are encouraged to bring their own racquets, wear comfortable clothing, athletic shoes, and bring water.

PICKLEBALL SKILLS, DRILLS & MORE - PRIVATE LESSONS AGES 18+
New and improving players who prefer one-on-one instruction, private & semi-private lessons, this program is for you! Personal attention while improving kitchen play, placement, ground strokes and serves. Four lessons per session that are tailored to learning and “fine tuning”. Weekday & Weekend meeting times are available based on instructor availability. Ask about our Ladder League and Open Play schedule. Please call Veterans Memorial Park for availability and pricing for private lessons. A session consists of 4 - 60-minute lessons. The fee is $160 per session. Semi-Private $80 per person.
