METABOLISM TESTING Weight management success is a simple and affordable test away with the Body Gem device (the same test used on The Biggest Loser). This fast and c onvenient breath test is an easy way to measure your resting metabolic rate and can be administered by one of our certified personal trainers in 10 minutes or less. In addition, you will receive a comprehensive report that provides d etailed test results and personalized recommendations to review with your trainer.
PERSONAL TRAINING CONSULTATION Take advantage of a unique o pportunity to meet one-on-one with a certified personal trainer to discuss c urrent lifestyle, health history and w ellness goals.
