This phase of self-awareness is combined with an early understanding of what employability is. We introduce students to the key employability skills that will make them future-ready and encourage them to identify their strengths and areas for development.

We equip students with the tools they need to put their career plan into action. From connecting them with key employers to offering access to graduate and placement opportunities in their target sector, we’ll develop them into future-ready graduates.

We make employability an essential part of the student experience at Queen’s. Our programmes and events are designed to encourage students to try new things, meet new people and build relevant skills and experience, both at home and overseas.

We teach students how to promote themselves and their skills. Our bespoke career advice helps students understand and communicate their USPs, and allows them to make an informed choice about their future.
