About One Elmwood

Set right at the heart of campus and with a rooftop terrace overlooking the area, the brand new state-of-the-art building located at One Elmwood is now home to the Careers team at Queen’s.

Where to find us

At the top of the lazy staircase on the first floor, you will find us in The Cube. This exciting glass-walled space is the perfect location for our development workshops and pop-up employer events, while the brand new Mandela Hall will play host to our larger events, such as our Spring and Autumn Recruitment Fairs.

Hub of student services

We are proud to be one of the key student services offered in this new location. Nearby, students can also get financial support, access to disability services, the Widening Participation Unit, and visa and immigration help from our colleagues in the International Student Support Team.

Sustainable and accessible

Our new building is sustainable, accessible and meets the needs of Queen’s students and staff. One Elmwood is designed to be more efficient and substantially cheaper to run, operate and maintain.
