On-the-spot claiming If your healthcare provider has a HICAPS or CSC HealthPoint electronic claiming facility, you can claim at the time of your consultation – before you even leave the building. The system processes your claim much like an EFTPOS transaction and allows you to just pay the difference and your claim is finalised on-the-spot. You can use HICAPS or CSC HealthPoint at most of the following health service providers:
