President’s word Hello everyone!

This is your Key Club president, Matt! This month marks a turning point in transitioning to the new key club term with the introduction of our new officers. For those who did not attend our general meeting on the 11th, we announced and welcomed our new secretary and treasurer, Antoinette Body and Luca Ammon, respectively. We are very excited to have them on our board and can’t wait to experience our next term with them! In addition, I am excited to announce our long-awaited joint service and social event with Mountain View Key Club--”Heart and Soul”. We will be watching the Disney movie Soul while making paper hearts for family members. It will be a chill and relaxing time while being able to gain service hours so it will be great if I could also see y’all’s faces there! We are also nearing Spring Break so don’t lose all hope yet in March. We’ll push on through together and have an amazing leprechaun month. Thanks, Matt

Editor’s message Hi guys!

This is your Key club Historian, Rachel. We have a lot of special topics we’ll be covering in our newsletter this month starting with our new officer board! (don’t worry I’m still sticking around hehe) But we’re so pleased to welcome two new officers, Antoinette and Luca. They’ve been such outstanding members joining general meetings and attending service events that I know our officer board will be even more successful next year! There are so many great days ahead of us, including St. Patrick’s Day but also an amazing service event Key club will be hosting at the end of March. See page 6 for more details! Other than that, I hope all you have a great March month and a good start to the Spring. If not, maybe this newsletter will brighten your day <3 - Rachel LeMay

<< Upcoming Events >> Daylight Savings

You guys probably already know this but just in case…. Until November 4th, we’ll be losing an hour of sleep but gaining an hour of daylight. Needless to say, I’m having a hard time getting on board with this. I woke up thirty minutes late to my zero period and I’m still trying to come to terms with it. Hopefully you guys are handling this better than me :)

Wednesday, March 17th St. Patrick’s Day

Sunday, March 14th Key club would love to know how you’re adjusting. You can answer this poll linked below to let us know: daylight savings?

Not only is the Irish spirit celebrated on the 17th but also throughout the entire month of March. Since 1991, Irish-American Heritage month has been celebrated to honor the achievements and contributions of Irish immigrants and their descendants still living in the United States.
