Making your car fleet greener with available proven technology Did you know that Vialle’s latest innovative systems enable you to make your existing vehicle park drive far greener? Thanks to our unique technologies it is now possible to convert a wide range of motorized vehicles to LPG or CNG systems. This does not only apply to passenger cars, but also to US trucks, heavy duty trucks, buses, rickshaws and more.

With passenger cars, it is feasible to reduce the CO2 emissions with 21% and the fine particulates pollution with 99.5% compared to driving the same car on gasoline. Our LPG and CNG systems are proven technologies, using a very common and widely available fuel. LPG is available all over the world and often half the price of diesel or a third of petrol. Diesel buses and trucks can reduce their diesel consumption by 35% by switching to cheaper and cleaner LPG. When choosing to convert a fleet to CNG, the reduction may even be closer to 50%. Converting existing fleets to LPG or CNG is not only economically very appealing but also much better for the environment!

Vialle’s unique, patented and revolutionary DirectBlue system is specifically designed for direct injection engines. The DirectBlue system uses solely LPG, without any need for blending or using petrol. This feature clearly distinguishes DirectBlue from competitors using traditional technologies. With the DirectBlue system you will experience zero power loss and a driving experience very similar to petrol-fueled vehicles. In addition to driving cleaner and cheaper, you will be using the full capacity of your vehicle! For cars equipped with a multipoint injection engine, we developed the LiquidSi system. A supreme technology based on liquid injection of the

LPG, which offers many advantages. This feature maintains the full performance of your car, even in extreme weather conditions. During a speed competition on the frozen Baikal lake in Russia, in the freezing cold, Vialle’s LiquidSi system set a new world speed record for an LPG-fueled vehicle in extreme weather conditions, at 237 KM/H, beating the earlier record, which had stalled at a mere 130KM/H due to the freezing of the LPG vapor. Vialle strives to make current vehicle fleets cleaner at full engine performance, creating impressive fuel cost savings. Using two fuels that the user can switch between without affecting the kilometer range is another impressive benefit.

In recent years car manufactures have introduced direct injection engine technology. This development posed a challenge to LPG technology companies, because the available systems were not immediately suited for direct injection engines.
