On behalf of the Rodeo Parade Committee, our parade sponsor Barrett Propane, and the many volunteers, we welcome you to the 2022 Prescott Frontier Days Rodeo Parade. This year our rodeo parade theme is “Celebrating 50 Years of ‘Junior Bonner.’” The first 4th of July parade took place in 1864 when Arizona was still a territory. Now the annual Rodeo Parade is a traditional part of the weeklong rodeo. After the rodeo parade, we invite you to continue your journey into the celebration of our rodeo and western heritage, visit the new Downtown Experience, our many historical museums, browse the work of local artisans where tradition lives on, visit our local shops and restaurants, and take part in this grand tradition. We hope you will return often to the greater Prescott area and enjoy the local atmosphere.
