RESERVATIONS WILL BE REQUIRED. RESERVATIONS MAY BE MADE ON FORETEES OR BY CALLING (856) 829-5500.

WE REQUEST THAT YOU FOLLOW THE GUIDELINES AS APPROVED BY THE STATE OF NEW JERSEY AS WELL AS THE GUIDELINES ON SOCIAL DISTANCING AND USE OF MASKS WHEN SOCIAL DISTANCING CANNOT BE EXECUTED.

RESERVATIONS WILL BE MADE FOR 4-HOUR BLOCKS OF TIME AS FOLLOWS:

12:00 - 4:00 PM – LIMIT OF 120 PERSONS 4:30 PM - 8:30 PM – LIMIT OF 120 PERSONS FAMILIES WILL BE LIMITED TO ONE TIME PER DAY FOR RESERVING TIMES.

SAME DAY BOOKINGS FOR AVAILABLE TIMES MAY BE MADE ALLOWING FOR MORE THAN ONE TIME IN A DAY FOR A FAMILY.

ALL MEMBERS MUST SIGN IN UPON ARRIVAL. ALL ARRIVALS TO THE POOL MUST HAPPEN THROUGH THE GAZEBO.

FOOD AND BEVERAGE SERVICE WILL BE LIMITED TO THE BAR AND WAIT SERVICE WITH THE MENU FROM THE MAIN KITCHEN. THE SNACK BAR WILL NOT OPERATE SEPARATELY THIS YEAR.

THE FACILITY WILL BE CLEANED AND SANITIZED DURING THE HALF HOUR BETWEEN EACH GROUP TIME.

SWIM TEAM WILL PRACTICE IN THE MORNING AND BE COMPLETED BY 11:30 AM. SWIM TEAM WILL HAVE THEIR OWN SET OF GUIDELINES.

MEMBERS MUST WEAR MASKS WHEN ARRIVING AND DEPARTING FROM THE POOL.

ALL CHAIRS AND HIGH TOUCH AREAS WILL BE SANITIZED BETWEEN GROUPS.

AS PER THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE NJ DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH, A NEW EMERGENCY EVACUATION PLAN WILL BE DEVISED THAT WILL ALLOW FOR SOCIAL DISTANCING TO BE MAINTAINED.

LIFEGUARDS WILL NOT WEAR MASKS WHILE ACTIVELY GUARDING. ALL OTHER STAFF AS WELL AS GUARDS WHO ARE NOT ACTIVELY GUARDING WILL BE REQUIRED TO WEAR MASKS. RCC WILL PROVIDE MASKS TO STAFF.

STAFF WILL BE CHECKED EACH DAY UPON ARRIVAL FOR ANY SIGNS OF ILLNESS THAT MAY INDICATE COVID-19 OR ANY OTHER ILLNESS. NO EMPLOYEE WILL BE PERMITTED TO WORK IF THEY SHOW SIGNS OF ILLNESS OR INDICATE THAT THEY ARE NOT FEELING WELL. THIS WILL INCLUDE A DAILY TEMPERATURE CHECK.

ALL STAFF SHOULD CALL THEIR SUPERVISOR IF THEY ARE ILL LETTING THEIR SUPERVISOR KNOW AND SHOULD NOT REPORT TO WORK. IF SYMPTOMS ARE SYNONYMOUS WITH THOSE OF COVID-19, THE EMPLOYEE WILL BE REQUIRED TO EITHER BE TESTED AND SHOW TO BE NEGATIVE OR THEY WILL NEED TO SELF-QUARANTINE AS PER CDC GUIDELINES PRIOR TO RETURNING TO WORK.

STAFF LEVELS WILL BE BASED ON PROJECTED LEVEL OF BUSINESS.

STRINGENT HAND WASHING AND SANITIZING PROTOCOLS WILL BE IMPLEMENTED WITH PROPER SIGNAGE THROUGHOUT THE AREA.

FREQUENT BREAKS WILL BE PROVIDED TO ALLOW FOR PROPER HAND WASHING.

HAND SANITIZER WILL BE MADE AVAILABLE FOR ALL STAFF FOR USE WHILE WORKING.

SNEEZE GUARDS WILL BE INSTALLED AT ANY LOCATION WHERE A STATIONARY EMPLOYEE IS PRESENT TO INTERACT WITH MEMBERS/GUESTS.

SEATING CAPACITY WILL BE DETERMINED BASED ON GOVERNMENT DIRECTIVES.

MENUS PRINTED ON PLAIN PAPER AND DISPOSED OF AFTER EACH USE.

ALL CONDIMENTS WILL BE REMOVED FROM THE TABLE. MEMBERS MAY ASK FOR CONDIMENTS AND THEY WILL BE BROUGHT TO THE TABLE IN SINGLE USE PACKAGING.

AFTER A TABLE LEAVES, THE TABLE AND CHAIRS WILL BE SANITIZED PRIOR TO USE BY THE NEXT MEMBER.

ALL NAPKINS WILL BE PAPER AND DISPOSABLE, LINEN NAPKINS WILL NOT BE USED. LINEN TABLECLOTHS WILL LIKEWISE NOT BE USED.

TABLE LAYOUTS WILL BE DESIGNED TO ALLOW FOR A MINIMUM OF 6 FEET OF SOCIAL DISTANCING BETWEEN NOT JUST TABLES BUT THE SEATING AT THE TABLES. THE LARGEST TABLE SIZE WILL BE 8 UNLESS AND UNTIL RESTRICTIONS ALLOW FOR LARGER GROUPS TO DINE TOGETHER.

COMBINING TABLES TO MAKE A LARGER GROUP WILL NOT BE ABLE TO BE DONE TO ENSURE WE CONSISTENTLY MAINTAIN 6 FEET OF DISTANCE BETWEEN ALL SEATS AT DINING TABLES.
