DINING RESERVATIONS WILL BE REQUIRED. RESERVATIONS MAY BE MADE ON FORETEES OR BY CALLING (856) 829-5500.
WE REQUEST YOU FOLLOW THE GUIDELINES AS APPROVED BY THE STATE OF NEW JERSEY, AS WELL AS THE GUIDELINES ON SOCIAL DISTANCING AND USE OF MASKS WHEN SOCIAL DISTANCING CANNOT BE EXECUTED.
SEATING IN PHASE ONE (OUTDOOR ONLY) WILL TAKE PLACE ON THE MAIN PATIO AND THE POOL. ONCE THE POOL IS OPENED, THE MAIN PATIO WILL BE THE ONLY OUTDOOR DINING SPACE. THE ANDREOLA PATIO WILL BE RESERVED FOR SMOKING ONLY.
HOURS WILL BE LIMITED TO ALLOW FOR PROPER SANITATION OF ALL AREAS USED FOR DINING.
SEATING IN PHASE TWO (INDOOR ALLOWED WITH LIMITATIONS) WILL BE IN ALL DINING ROOMS AND BANQUET ROOMS.
ALL DINING WILL BE CLOSED FROM 3:30 TO 4:30 PM EVERY DAY TO ALLOW FOR CLEANING OF ALL SPACES IN ADVANCE OF DINNER SERVICE.
TAKE-OUT WILL STILL BE OFFERED IN A MORE LIMITED CAPACITY FOR THOSE STILL UNCOMFORTABLE WITH DINING OR THOSE MOST AT RISK.
MENUS WILL BE LIMITED TO ENSURE PROPER PRODUCTION OF FOOD AND LIMITED WASTE BASED ON THE REDUCED DINING CAPACITY.
MEMBERS MUST WEAR MASKS WHEN ARRIVING AND DEPARTING FROM THE DINING AREA. MASKS MAY BE REMOVED AFTER BEING SEATED AND DURING THE DINING EXPERIENCE. WE REQUEST THAT MEMBERS WEAR MASKS DURING THE ORDER TAKING PROCESS AS THEY INTERACT WITH STAFF IN A SPACE LESS THAN 6 FEET.
MEMBERS WILL NOT BE ASKED TO SIGN CHITS, HOWEVER A COPY OF THE CHIT WILL BE PROVIDED TO THE MEMBER AT THE END OF THEIR DINING EXPERIENCE. FOR THOSE THAT ADD ADDITIONAL GRATUITY, YOU MAY STILL DO SO BY LETTING YOUR SERVER KNOW TO VERBALLY ADD IT.
YOU WILL BE NOTIFIED BY EMAIL AND TEXT IF WEATHER DOES NOT PERMIT OUTDOOR DINING.

ALL STAFF WILL BE REQUIRED TO WEAR A MASK WHILE WORKING. RCC WILL PROVIDE MASKS TO STAFF.
ALL STAFF WILL BE REQUIRED TO WEAR GLOVES WHILE PREPARING, HANDLING OR SERVING FOOD AS WELL AS WHEN CLEANING UP AFTER DINERS.
STAFF WILL BE CHECKED EACH DAY UPON ARRIVAL FOR ANY SIGNS OF ILLNESS THAT MAY INDICATE COVID-19 OR ANY OTHER ILLNESS. NO EMPLOYEE WILL BE PERMITTED TO WORK IF THEY SHOW SIGNS OF ILLNESS OR INDICATE THAT THEY ARE NOT FEELING WELL. THIS WILL INCLUDE A DAILY TEMPERATURE CHECK.
ALL STAFF SHOULD CALL THEIR SUPERVISOR IF THEY ARE ILL LETTING THEIR SUPERVISOR KNOW AND SHOULD NOT REPORT TO WORK. IF SYMPTOMS ARE SYNONYMOUS WITH THOSE OF COVID-19, THE EMPLOYEE WILL BE REQUIRED TO EITHER BE TESTED AND SHOW TO BE NEGATIVE OR THEY WILL NEED TO SELF-QUARANTINE AS PER CDC GUIDELINES PRIOR TO RETURNING TO WORK.
STAFF LEVELS WILL BE BASED ON PROJECTED LEVEL OF BUSINESS.
STRINGENT HAND WASHING AND SANITIZING PROTOCOLS WILL BE IMPLEMENTED WITH PROPER SIGNAGE THROUGHOUT THE KITCHEN AND SERVICE AREAS.
FREQUENT BREAKS WILL BE PROVIDED TO ALLOW FOR PROPER HAND WASHING.
HAND SANITIZER WILL BE MADE AVAILABLE FOR ALL STAFF FOR USE WHILE WORKING.
